Loved the hotel and would easily extend by a day.

It is a lovely hotel with the prime location right next to O2 stadium which makes it so convenient for concerts because it is a stone throw away. The rooms are extremely comfortable and equipped very well including a lovely Marshall speaker. Loved the uniqueness of the tribute hotel, how it was shaped like a record. The breakfast spread was so good and a must do. Possibly a timing of the hotel being busy with the concert, however, the staff were not always helpful. We were turned away from the bar the night of the concert in-spite of there being 20 min to closure. There was no discussion it was a hard no and were ignored by all the service staff that evening. Having said that the lady at reception helped us with directions to the closest bar and shops. The breakfast staff the next morning were extremely helpful, polite, warm and the front desk helped our whole group with late checkouts because of flight delays. So the bar experience and check in may have been a one off.

Very nice hotel, nicely decorated. Very good breakfast, very convenient for travelers with cars. Comfortable beds. Close to the city center by subway, which is five minutes walk.

Beautiful place, highly recommend. Good location, clean and comfortable room. Rooms are big and very modern. Fast check in and check out. Located slightly further away from the city centre but very well communicated.

The breakfast seating isn't organized. They give you whatever seat is open, but when you go to get food, unless you put something down at your seat, your seat is quickly given to someone else because there is no seating arrangement they follow after assigning a seat and they don't pay attention what seat was already given to whom. So we had to find another seat since ours was taken by the time we went to sit down with our food, which only took a few minutes to get our food and drink. Nothing against the company but just a side note: We were new to Prague, and they charged us some city tourist tax upon arrival (Czech friend said this is normal).

Great location that is not far from the metro to get where we wanted to go to explore Prague. The layout of the room was very basic but efficient. Bed, shower, etc were all nice. Breakfast options were great.

The water was soaking out of the shower if you were showering for too long, leaving the bathroom in water sometimes. otherwise everything was amazing.

The room was comfy, great view, clean, and close to the metro station. 10/10 breakfast, and very kind staff.

Good location, close to the metro station, 20 minutes far from the city centre. There's a mall nearby, and the hotel has a very good restaurant. Free water, safe parking place.
