We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s was a lovely hotel and reception staff were very friendly and helpful and we were given our room key before 3pm. The variety of food for breakfast was outstanding although the hot food was not hot. Hope its self is a little bit out of the main square but easy to use trams and trains. Highly recommend this hotel and excellent value for money

SlovakiaI asked for a non-feather pillow many times. I didn't get it. But not a big issue. But what I didn't like at all was changing towels and soaps(no towels weren't on the ground). It was eco-unfriendly.
The room was great. It was big and clean. It was really close to the metro and also the O2 arena, where I was most of the time during my stay.

Great rooms, service and breakfast. You get VIP entry into the o2 arena and we also had a pre-concert when Roger Waters was performing.
