There was nothing that we did not like.

The environment is really magical. A fairly large farm with a lot of horses and I mean a lot of them (probably like 50+). The owner also has a small airport with small planes which is cool. You can also do horse riding which we did not know when we booked but would come back for that again. You might think that Prague is far away but if you are by car it is only like 35 minutes until a P+R and then you can get the tram.

If you like to sleep in darkness, might struggle with very thing curtains that offer little privacy. Drive would be difficult without an SUV.

The access road to the property is not in the best condition.

The property is newly renovated to a very good standard. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean and of good quality. The breakfast was tasty and the food selection was big enough. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The property has a very big, very good equipped kitchen and there was a fridge in the room, so you could easily prepare lunch and dinner. There are also several restaurants in nearby towns, follow the recommendations of the owners. The owners allow us to visit the stables and it was definitely a high point of our stay.

Long walk from parking area to the rooms. Car necessary as closest town with services is Beroun.

Quiet location in the country at a horse farm. Large rooms with comfy beds and good heating .

The dirt road to access the hotel needs extra care to drive if you arrive or leave at night. The room doesn't have A/C and the fan is noisy.

Pleasant place, with stars and silence. It's a great place to disconnect from the running routine of the city. Excellent and helpful staff. The simple rooms are spot clean.

I loved staying here. I even extended my stay. Very peaceful atmosphere. The staff were helpful and friendly. I slept so well. Perfect bed for me. Beautiful starry night sky. And of course horses nearby 🙂🙂

A minor comment which did not affect our final rating as the stay was very pleasant: there is a very strict and restrictive booklet listing all instructions and internal rules for hosts (ie. to plug/charge personal electrical devices in the room is not allowed. What about my computer then? Camera or all other electrical devices that you would need to charge eventually during your stay?)

Charming and quiet place in the middle of a very nice country side. Perfect to disconnect, for biking or hiking. We enjoyed our stay. - clean and comfortable room and building. - terrace and barbecue - well equipped shared kitchen - very well renovated building.

For a while I was thinking I was on the wrong road, because I did not expect the long rough road to the remote property, and did not know I had come to the proper place till I got into the compound and saw the place which was posted on Booking. It was difficult to meet someone in this remote vast place, but the help by phone and in person did help me find the entrance and our reserved room. So it will help letting others know what to expect from my description, and more English signs to find the entrance may help, like instructions for guests to park at the end of the road, closer to the reception door...

All was very inviting and helpful, quite and high quality pension.

Nothing really. The coffee could be better, and I would add extra pillows to maximum confort. Besides that, all top :D

We spend a night in this place, it was great! clean accommodation, kind and professional hosts, room simple but comfy. They fulfilled our special request with a smile.

The long dusty driveway is full of holes, in very bad conditions. The beautiful farm is isolated and you need a car to reach restaurants etc. Such a terrible driveway makes it unpleasant.

The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was rich and good and the location is really nice and practical if you have a car.

A perfect place to Rest, no cars, no Tv’s - just Birds singing & peace n quiet.... But still only around 10km from the highway, We both slept like logs. Nice Breakfast in the morning. Very Friendly Staff. Very Clean and well looked after rooms. A very unique place- will definitely be coming back.
