Nothing I didn't actually like, but there are some compromises since the hotel is not in the city centre. It's 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station (Palmovka), a short section of which is next to a fast main road, and there are nearly 70 metal steps to climb up an embankment (this can be avoided by walking around - another 3-4 minutes walk I imagine). Allow about 20 minutes to get to/from the centre of Prague. But the location may work very well if you are travelling by car, and the hotel is very close to the O2 Arena. The other issue is noise - the hotel is next to a fast main road and a busy railway line. The other side of the hotel might have been quieter. But neither of these issues was a problem for me, I knew about all this upfront and I was happy to make these compromises.

24 hr reception, with very helpful reception staff who were able to help with some touristy questions as well as booking a taxi for me. Room was clean, comfortable and warm. I really enjoyed the breakfasts, they are very well resourced, good choice of food which is well topped up, friendly staff on hand who did a great job keeping everything running smoothly, plenty of space to expand into so it never feels too crowded even during the busiest periods. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and bar. There is a connected leisure centre with swimming pool and sauna, shame on me that I didn't get to try this out. Overall I also thought it was great value for money.

The restaurant menu was a bit lacking.

Good breakfast. 8/10 The pool was nice (1.2m -1.8m). Very relaxing. Water works access, gives you access to the pool and one sauna. Which was fine with me. To get the full sauna experience you'll have to pay a little more. The sports facilities seem adequate. I didn't use them.

This hotel was terrific with excellent service and unbeatable value. I stayed there during The 2024 Global Evidence Summit held at the O2 Universum and found it an outstanding place to stay, as well as far more economical than other hotels.

I wouldn't change a thing from my experience.

The lobby, bar, and breakfast staff were very friendly. The room was clean and very pleacolleagues. Breakfast was terrific. The view was OK, but the location made the difference. I would absolutely recommend to friends, family, and collegues.

I have no negative comments other than I booked it to attend a conference and perhaps the description of proximity to the O2 Universum could be a bit more detailed related to the walking distance and type of walk, partially if it is at night/ in the evening.

Room was fine. A small issue with the AC was quickly fixed. The staff were uniformly lovely. The breakfast buffet was superb. The pool and associated facilities were excellent. Good proximity to the metro and access to the city centre.
