Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SlovakiaThe spa is not included in the room price! The room wasn’t well isolated and I could hear people shouting from the outside as well as the night trains. Older hotel. Cold jacuzzi. Very overpriced.
Many different spa rooms even with ceremonies and a show.

Czech RepublicI didn't like that we as two females got some sort of family rooms second room connected by double door which was possible to unlock from each side also with some card or something- no key needed. This did not feel safe.
The hotel is big, with wellness and fitness and other services.- close to O2 arena .

United KingdomThe shower was blocked, we told the front desk who said they’d send someone to deal with it, 4 hours later I had my shower only to find no one had dealt with it, meaning I had to pull the previous customers hair from the drain to stop the bathroom from flooding. The drains also emitted a foul smell, from the standing water, the only fix was to run the shower head over the drain as it would keep the water moving. Not an issue if you like falling asleep to rain, is an issue if you hate having to maintain the room for the hotel. The pool and spa facilities are open to anyone who pays, so getting unlimited access to Water/Sauna World is pointless. When we arrived we were given a token to hold that beeped when we were allowed to use the facilities, which at the time of going down showed the pool to be at 38% capacity. When queuing there was zero control and members of the public were attempting to queue jump, obviously aware of the situation. There was a hotel guest counter but it was unmanned. They give you cups for tea and coffee in the room, with a selection of teas, the cups and teas are never replenished, so I hope you enjoy the taste of your 1st brew for your 2nd and final drink. The deluxe double was nothing like the pictures, it was actually very small, about a foot of clearance around the bed. The air-con didn't work, but the trains still do so you can choose between being hot or listening to the trains. The TVs are also small with no internet access or HDMI so you’re stuck with live TV.
It was close enough for us to walk to the O2 without freezing.

BelgiumHotel in the outskirts of Prague. 30-mon car drive to city center. There is no HVAC in the rooms and A/C was turned off. It was warm in the room. There is central heating via radiators. Windows had to be opened for fresh air and it is noisy outside because of the railroad. Bed matrasses are less than 10 cm thick. We had the deluxe apartment which accomodates 2 adults and two kids. It did not feel deluxe - TV did not work, A/C was off, bed sheets were old, 1990’ies look. No charging station for EV’s. We stayed for 8 days and noticed that the breakfast had no variation. A lot of cakes, eggs, pancakes.
Kids liked the presence of swimming pool, bowling, tennis and wellness. Good restaurant. Large parking. Very friendly personnel. Live pianist ar lobby and late bar. Clean hotel, large bathroom.

PolandThe reason I chose the hotel was the golf simulator. However, when we arrived we were told it was closed. This info should have been communicated on the website. The sauna was a little intimidating for someone who has not used a sauna before.
The pool was nice. The room was good. We were able to use our welcome drink voucher the next day due to our late arrival.

Saudi ArabiaSome of the reception staff were rude and felt like they are forced to give you any information. The facilities are not as advertised and the location is far from downtown. Also for a hotel that focuses on health the gym's equipment are old and some are rusty.
The breakfast had limited options for me personally, the hotel overall is clean and housekeeping staff is friendly.
