Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Smaller room, than expected, however still great price/quality ratio. Some other guests were quite noisy during the night.

The building is quite old and not sound-proof, so if you luck out to have a bus full of students staying the same location, you get almost no sleep :) But overall it was very comfy
Location is good, stuff is very welcoming and accommodating, typical continental breakfast buffet, nothing to complain of.

How come, that in a 4 star hotel is instant coffee served for breakfast…? Big disappointment, at least place there a little espresso machine for alternative.

Smaller room than expected - but sufficient Too loud noise from bathroom on another room - mainly toilet flushing and its using... - noise insulation is very low.
Breakfast perfect. Staff perfect - guiding to the room, welcoming with smile, professionals. Comfortable beds. Great position - close to the city centrum and the public transport.

Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Bed was large and comfortable. Location was in a quiet residential area but only 2 mins walk to the metro. Trains ran every 8 mins and just 10 minutes to major attractions. I walked it one morning in only 35 minutes.

The walls are thin. We could hear the shower and talking etc in the next room and the sounds on the corridor outside our room seemed to echo. We did read about the noise in other reviews but as we were only staying 2 nights we took a chance but although we used ear plugs, we were still disturbed in the night quite a bit by sounds within the hotel so 2 nights was enough.
Lovely traditional hotel. Comfortable beds Great shower The breakfast was excellent. There was a large selection of hot & cold food. All self service and very well organised. Very good location being less than 5 mins walk to the metro and away from the busy centre. Very good value for money.

Nice hotel in the center of Prague (not a touristic center, but like Old town is 10 minutes on metro from there). The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good.

While we were serving breakfast, the pastry foods ran out long before the meal time even ended. Even if we wanted to serve them, they didn't have to bring any more even though we paid money for accommodation and food. The toilet don't have a ventilation and is bad for toleit

Climb stairs with the huge bags.
Location ... fantastic . Not very far from the metro. Central place for anything in Prague. Room ... Rather ok. Had to walk / climb stairs with bags for the room. Thats the only negative part. Room size was good, facilities were decent. Breakfast - Wonderful to say the least. Full spread breakfast - loved it. Restaurant - Apart from breakfast no coffee as well though they have kettle and coffee sachets in the room.

Larger towels please. Quite noisy as people made their way to the lift at 3am (we were not as close to this as some rooms) but I think that is the other residents being inconsiderate rather than any fault of the hotel.
Striking old building, very well placed away from the centre but in a lovely area. Good sized room, comfy bed, useful chair and desk area. Tea and coffee facilities very welcome. Spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water and toiletries. Tasty breakfast.

The rooms are actually older and dont look as good as in pictures; walls are very thin, can hear neighbours; breakfast selection was quite limited. Small but inconvenient thing is that keychain was very big and uncomfortable to carry around to breakfast and also when leaving hotel, since it did not fit in pocket.
The hotel is located near metro; hotel staff was helpful and polite. Overall stay was nice, bed comfortable and breakfast served. Price to quality ratio is okay.
