The hotel is in an historic building, that why there are some unexpected stairs.

Good location, close to the metro. 15 min walk to the main railway station. We took a family room, it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

There is no elevator access to the top two floors of the hotel. The towels had an unpleasant odor.

The breakfast provided was excellent.The hotel's location was extremely convenient, being in very close proximity to the city center and metro station. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful

This may be limited to our room, but since our window was aimed towards the street, there was a lot of noise from traffic (cars and trams). The room was also quite warm so I highly recommend booking a room with air-conditioning if the outside temperature is above 25 degrees.

It's a very pretty hotel with kind staff and beautiful rooms. The receptionist has helped us a lot by allowing us to checkout an hour later, so that we could have enough time to visit the city center. The metro station is a quick walk away and I recommend everyone to visit "Magical Sova" a Harry Potter themed cocktail bar which is right around the corner.

The heat was off and it was cold in the rooms. Thin walls, you could hear everything from the rooms next to ours.

We had a room on the street side. Since the windows are made of traditional wood panels the traffic noise, especially the tram was load. I could hardly used to it, but my partner slept well. I suggest to sacrafice the originality of building a little bit and change the window frames to a modern isoliting one.

It is located at the right spot. Near to the city centre but far enough to have some relax after a day of touring.

I chose bed preference (one instead two separate beds), however after making reservation and payment I received information that due to lack of availability I will get 2 separate beds - the conditions cannot be change after confirmation and payment. This needs to be clear before making reservation.

Very tasty and diverse breakfast, clean room and bathroom, very good location, personnel was waiting for us despite late arrival, Vladimir was assisting us :).

A little bit far from the city centre

The young guy from reception who works in the night schedule is the best, he was really nice with my child during our stay. Making you feel comfortable is more important than other kinds of things for me. Thank you. .

It has more like a vintage vibe, cute in a way. I am not sure if people staying in room 30 (next to my room) were fighting or whatever, but it was really disturbing to wake up to that and because of that way too early. Maybe guests should be reminded it's a hotel, not their home.

Rooms was very hot and having windows open people smoking outside your window wasn’t great, last night afew young people made too much nice about 1.30 in morning which woke us up
