Overall I liked everything about this hotel. It’s not in the city centre but is on a very accessible tram line or a 6 min scooter ride. The breakfast was also very nice to have and featured lots of quality options.

GreeceIf you have mobility issues check that your room is not at the last floor because elevator stops on the second to last floor! Other than that it was easy to move around.
The stay was pleasant and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was very nice with a buffet full of salty and sweet choices. I liked the fact that i could make money exchange with no additional charge. Also the neighborhood is quiet and very close to the city center by tram or metro!

United KingdomNothing really. When I arrived early evening there was a large group of boisterous and very noisy teenagers milling about the hotel on all floors. I was worried I may be in for a disturbed night's sleep but if there were any issues caused by that, they got sorted by the staff. Complimentary tea/coffee is provided on arrival but perhaps a bottle of water would be nice too especially when it's very hot.
This is my preferred hotel in Prague for a quick stopover before travelling to/from anywhere else. It is well run, comfortable and convenient for travel using either trams or the underground. A good selection of both hot and cold food for breakfast.

United KingdomGreat transport links. Clean, tidy room with nice shower and air con Friendly, helpful staff at reception which is 24hrs. Excellent correspondence prior to trip. Decent English breakfast although the beans were actually runner beans, not the traditional baked beans in tomato sauce 😂 .... and West Ham won the Final so all in all, very happy. May do a nostalgic return to this Hotel in the future.

IsraelThe hotel was pretty run down. It’s not located near the old town of Prague, requires a 20 min subway adventure. The breakfast had little options for gluten free eaters and really basic coffee from a machine. No bathtubs.
The breakfast was OK it was nice to have some food in the morning. The location was very conveniently located near the subway and restaurants and mini marts. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Well organized., the rooms are more of a dorm style, comfortable beds. Clean bathroom.

DenmarkOverall the staff was fine, although we had a few experiences that were disappointing. Upon arrival, the first welcome we were met with was a staff member informing us that we were entirely too early and could not expect our room for a few hours. That was fine and we also were aware of this, we simply wanted to drop off our bags in the luggage depot and return later. I understand it can be frustrating if many people have arrived early asking for a room, but this treatment was quite rude. The rooms are also quite noisy. It wasn't so bad between the walls, but the door to the hallway was really poorly insultated and had a huge open crack even when closed and locked. Therefore it was very noisy when people were in the hallway and we were woken up very early.
The breakfast was really good and the facilities were very nice. We received a lot of help with parking our rental car as well as early transport to the airport. Although the location is not fully central, the neighborhood was really great to explore and we were glad to also see that part of the city. One staff member in particular, Martina, was really helpful and went above and beyond to get us information for our stay and transport for day trips.
