Very very noisy. You hear conversations of neighbours, you hear conversations from the corridor even if people are on the other side of it, you hear public transport and feel vibrations. There were not enough sockets, had to unplug other things to charge the phone. The room is quite old, the impression from the pictures is way better than reality.

I liked that there was kettle in the room and everything to have a cup of coffee or tea. The bathroom was good too. I happened to use air conditioning and heating. Both worked very good.

Staff is rude and unpleasant. We got a room WITHOUT a window - this was not mentioned in the offer. Crackling sounds came from one of the electric sockets near the beds. There are no real fire exits. I checked the fire extinguisher (because of the issue with the electric socket) and they were a mess. This place just seemed like a trap. We stayed in autumn and luckily just for one night. It most be just the worst during summer with no air whatsoever.

The hotel is well located and clean. That all positive I can say about it.

Everything was great. You have a metro station next to the hotel, so you can quickly go to the city center. The staff is very kind and help you in any time. Mr. Vladimir was pretty fast and careful during check-in. The room was clean and breakfast was great.

Very Poor WiFi connection for online zoom calls, sewage smell from bathroom (which was fixed) last night a school stayed on our floor and they were noisy.

We spent the first night in the wrong room (room 9, avoid it!) and tomorrow we asked for the room we paid that was on pictures in Booking. Receptionist acted like they were expecting us to complain about the room. So I assume they took a shot at us to put us in that sweatbox of a room. One day room wasn't cleaned even though I left a sign at the doorknob. One morning there was no hot water in the shower. Rooms don't have ventilation, thus no AC. Older receptionists are not quite friendly as you'd expect. They try to keep old classy vibe, but doorknobs are from previous century, and it's not the cool ones.

Tall ceiling and location. Younger portion of reception is nice and friendly. Coffee machine in the breakfast room is available at all times.

No air condition in room and not even in dining room. It was really hot. There was a strange smell in the room like the windows were not opened for a long time.

Nothing was written that the room would be in a side building looking like a garage overlooking the cars. Disappointment.

The walls are so thin you could hear everything and everything can hear you. They gave me a room that when you open the window, you can see the garbage in front of you, which was very bad. It was hot days in the summer when i booked and there’s no AC they had a small fan for you!! That was weird to me.

The location was good, and the staff were cool. They gave me an adapter when i needed one, but of course you gotta return it when you check out otherwise they’ll charge you.

Unfriendly staff, no toilet roll (had to request), ground floor at the back looks more like a prison with barred windows, very old ragged towels, no bedding change, no cleaning in room (same paper on floor and sink stain present from start to finish), very dirty looking window/sill, one single coffee sachet each day (Saturday none), TV required work to get it started each time, child size wardrobe in a double room with five coat hangers, very dangerous step near bathroom, no Aircon and couldn't open windows at 31° because workers also parked outside of window so no privacy, a large cobweb hanging from the ceiling (40 cm in length), still there when we left.

Retrospectively, I think staff was reserved and professional while at first it looked as distant or cold. They are working long shifts so it might well be they are just tired at the end. What I didn't like was the very weak wifi signal, not good enough for a simple video call. Room.was much warmer than the corridor, with only a fan. Cleanliness was average (and carpet easily looks dirty when getting older).

nice breakfast that saved the place for me. large room with sitting corner and spacious bathroom with a good shower. Although my room was next to the elevator, it was soundproof.
