Didn't sleep at all. Very noisy tvs loud until 2am in other room. People going up and down stairs in the night. Doors banging. My first stay in the main hotel was great. But in the annex accross carpark was a completely different experience. The first stay last July the staff were really friendly and this time not so. I'd only stay again if I was in a room in the main part of hotel. I go to Prague regularly and thought I'd found my forever hotel! Not so sure now.

The hotel was being renowated. Staircase was out of use. There was a humming noise throughout the night heard like someone was constantly vacuuming, and intermittent plumbing sounds as if clothes were being washed by hand. The inner court private parking was a terribly tight fit, but that was to be expected and we were informed about this berforehand - and we did manage to fit our rather large car in. All in all the place seemed a bit derelict - but on the positive side, things were getting paid attention to. Had we known about this beforehand we might've chosen another hotel though or the fact that visitors live in a construction yard could've been also reflected in the prices

The breakfast was quite satisfactory and along with the comfortability of the bed and the pillow (which was not suffering from elefantiasis as most seem to be these days) were the best parts of the stay. We were only staying one night and looking for a fair priced hotel with private parking so all these boxes were checked.

Nice hotel. Especially I would like to mention worker Rustam! Very nice and helpful guy, helped me with all my needs both in the hotel and in the city. A very smart and knowledgeable person. He gives 100% to his work! Please increase his salary or promote him! thanks to him, the stay at the hotel turned out to be of the highest level of 7 stars! The hotel is good, special thanks to this guy.

The isolation in hotel is bad. You can here your neighbors and cleaning staff in the morning very well. Also, the bathroom in our room was tiny.

Amazing outstanding service and staff. Everything is perfect, comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. You can buy transport tickets at the reception. The metro and tramway station is located near the hotel.

The whole experience was awful. The hotel pictures don’t match at ALL with the room we got. The hotel is old and doesn’t feel clean at all. We had to check out at 11 and we ended up checking out at 11:30 because we felt sick and overslept, the cleaning staff walked into the room without calling or knocking whilst were in bed, then they called the recepcionist since we were 15 minutes late on our check out and she came in as I was getting changed. The first day they also came into the room without knocking whilst we were taking a nap. The staff is rude and doesn’t respect customer privacy. Then they wanted to charge me for checking out 30 min late. Very very rude staff and manager also. Please do not stay here it’s not worth it at all. One small elevator for all the guest you have to wait long time to get elevator. the bedding had holes in. what type of 4 star hotel has bedding with HOLES!!!

Unfortunately, the room is very small. The walls are like paper, I couldn't sleep because you can hear people talking for long hours from the next room.

doors and windows were very old, there was hole under the main door, not sealed at all and the 2nd was not able to close at all so we heard all noise and walking in the hall, also windows were not sealed properly
