Loved the location, right next to a gingerbread shop and within walking distance of the old town it was in a great place outside the hustle and bustle of busy prague. The size of the room was great for the price, very spacious and lovely and warm for the winter months

Spider webs in a few corners. The sofa had been ripped open and the wardrobe was old and a bit smelly. The receptionist was missing for a couple of days.

The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable with clean seats.

Apartment was on the roof top, hight of the ceiling is not really proper for people over 180cm. A lot of times my boyfriend needed to bend (in shower and other spaces)

As this a old centenary building the layout of the room was not a problem for me, with the bathroom located in a floor underneath the room. But be aware of that fact. The jacuzzi was broken I was adviced from the personnel in advance, but they proposed only as a compensation to cancel without charge if I didn't like it. I would have preferred a discount.

Overall picking this hotel is part of the overall charm of the Prague experience. Facility well located with a charming layout, and decoration, room very large, the overall ambiance of the hotel, ideally located. I check for a last chance offer and the price was quite good. I like this flexibility on price. The personnel was really helpful.

The door was extremely flimsy so you could hear the noise from the corridor echoed like it's happening in your front of you. Couldn't get to sleep the second night because someone was having a conversation on the floor above. He wasn't shouting but I could hear everything. When you get there they tell you no staff will be on site because it's not like a traditional hotel. I didn't mind that, I imagine it makes it cheaper to not have the usual services. However, it would be nice if they provided some water at least.

Excellent location - lovely room/suite at a reasonable price considering how last minute I booked. Unexpectedly beautiful boarding house.

It was warm... and only 1 fan for 1 bedroom out of the 2 was provided and noise in 1 bedroom as it was Above the entrance.

The bed needs to be fixed urgently, it creaks so bad that every slight move gets very loud, especially at night. Sleep breaker.

It would have been great to have a hairdryer in the room, as well as to have instructions on how to get the heating/AC to work. The WiFi was often spotty, sometimes to the point of being unusable. I don't know if this was due to the position of our room or something else. Another small remark, the room has dark red walls, which are fine, but the make the room somewhat dark and closed, especially considering our room was on the ground floor. Maybe for that room lighter (cream or white) walls and ceiling would be a better idea?

The location is great, near the city centre and close to public transport. The room is very quiet, too.The staff are also very accommodating and kind. Highest marks for them 😃😃 The kettle in the room was also a very welcome surprise. Also nice hardwood floors are always a plus. The room itself is very clean and has beautiful antique furniture.

Wifi was poor, tea (provided) was nice, but coffee and water would have been even nicer.

I like antique furniture in historic buildings, so this was perfect for me. Location is amazing, don't miss the rooftop terrace view with a cold or hot drink! Absolutely great value and overall experience!

Unfortunately, even the maximum heating was not enough to feel comfortable when it's -10C in the night. The blanket saved us a bit, though. Obviously, we didn't expect any sound isolation in a building as old as this, but be prepared hearing everyone entering the hotel and using the staircase. Also, it was problematic to get any warm water in the shower in the morning. Small plastic sacks of shampoo and shower gel are not sufficient and should be replaced by refillable bottles as it is happening in many hotels nowadays - less plastic and more convenience.

As central as you can imagine - located on the main route to the Prague Castle. It was clean and neat, spacious bathtub to relax. Smooth check-in/check-out and communication with the reception (which is online, you won't find anyone there physically).

The Wi-Fi quality was not the best—we had to rely on mobile internet.

The location is fantastic—almost in the city center, just a 5-7 minute walk to Charles Bridge. The room looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was always warm, and there was a consistent supply of hot water. We really loved our room and the hotel overall. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, especially the woman who cleaned the room before our arrival—her work was impeccable.
