Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandI liked being really in the city centre, so the main attractions were all close by. I loved the apartment consisting of two floors with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of one of the main squares in Prague. A good breakfast and lovely staff make this accommodation exceptional.

United KingdomCould be a little noisy with the trams, but it's absolutely fine and to be expected with such a central location!
We absolutely loved our stay at Miss Sophies. Our room was so beautiful and cosy, the bed super comfortable. The stairs were a tiny bit slippy but that didn't bother us too much! It was so lovely to look out and people watch from our windows and the location was PERFECT! Couldn't recommend them enough, we will be staying again when we next come ro Prague.

United StatesThe entrance is a little tricky to find, as it is set back in a corner.
I loved so much about this hotel! My room was spacious, including a loft and kitchenette. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful: pastries, fruits, yogurt, juices, and more. The location was fantastic. Just a few minutes from the Charles Bridge, in the midst of shopping and restaurants, and on a tram stop!

CroatiaAmazing location right behind St Nicholas Church, a few minutes walk from all major attractions. We stayed in junior suite, a spacious two-storey loft with ancient beams and lovely furniture with all the amenities listed in the description. It felt like home away from home. Excellent breakfast served right outside your room so you can enjoy it in your pajamas! We'll definitely come back

AustraliaOnly one bedroom, no door to the loft so there wasn't as much privacy for two people. Bathroom ventilation could be better.
Great location and amazing views, literally across the road from a 400 year old pub and 5 mins from Charles Bridge. The staff were kind and the breakfast provided is generous.

United KingdomThe stairs up to the mezzanie floor were varnished wood. Getting in and out of bed and going downstairs to the bathroom as difficult. Not reccomended for infirm or elderly. Anyone with mobility issues should not stay here. Other rooms may have better acces to the sleeping area.
Location was perfect for us. Nice bars and restaurants just outside the door. A short walk down to charles bridge and then to the main square. A nice walk up the hill to see the castle and the tower on top. Breakfast was a good system. There was a buffet in the hall outside the room with a very good selection. You took you breakfast back to your room to eat at your table. Nice welcome package when we arrived.

IsraelThey only had a portable AC, which is very noisy if you plan to sleep with AC on. Very few power outlets. The carpet could use some cleaning.
Built on the side of historic St. Nicolas church, one of the key landmarks of Prague. Public transit and some top restaurants are just a few steps away. The Interior has a real old Prague vibe, very atmospheric. Complimentary breakfast is served as a buffet right outside your door, so you can grab a snack without changing from the pajamas. You also get some complimentary snacks and drinks, and unlimited capsule coffee. And there's a fully equipped kitchenette if you plan to cook.

ChinaThe hotel is located next by the famous Church of St. Nicholas and very close to Charles Bridge, old town and castle. You can go there just by walk. We took tram 15 from Praha hl. n. directly to the hotel. The room is big enough and breakfast is of various kinds. It is the best hotel I stayed during my trip in Europe this time.

PolandOnly negative thing about the place is they have a portable ac stand right next to the bed which is very very loud and difficult to sleep without ear plugs, if they installed a quieter system on the lower floor or would be perfect.
The best location in the city very close to the Charles bridge and the center. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, money exchange places around. However if you have a car parking is impossible in that areas. The breakfast was delicious and fresh which you could plate whatever you want and eat it in your room with the beautiful view of the city. We had an espresso machine in the room with unlimited delicious coffee. They provide a full basket of snacks for free including wine and beer which is amazing. Check in and out was very fast. The room was very good insulated very clean and plenty of toiletries.
