The SPA area is just amazing. We booked it for a very reasonable price and it surpassed all our expectations. The receptionist was very nice to us and helpful. The room was also good, tidy, and stylish.

Window shades were inadequate. If there is one thing to add or replace, its the window shades.

It was all wonderful! The location is 15 min drive to the mountains’ sites, 5 min to shopping area. Very nice hotel with the host and the staff make everything you feel comfortable and address any specific needs. Absolutely great breakfast, everyday different with so many choices. Snacks available whole day long. There is nice plus after whole day walking - SPA. Pool just for 2 is actually a great idea. I am not sure why it is not rated 4 stars, it is or even 4+. Loved everything!

Vegetables at the breakfast buffet are being kept at a very low temperature and do not taste fresh afterwards.

Little gem on the CZ-PL border. Friendly staff, great homemade and inexpensive food. Self-service buffet with everything you would want, non-alcoholic drinks, tap beer, wine, cocktail ingredients, ice, ice cream, popcorn, snacks. Free private parking.

Very quiet and cosy, ideal for a relaxing weekend. The garden was perfect for sitting in on a hot day, and the roof jacuzzi is an absolute delight, including the sparkling wine and snack. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. We are coming back next month!

I am deeply dissatisfied with the pricing - I was traveling with my dog and the object was labeled as dog friendly. There was no indication about additional cost of the animal neither the info about the amount of money I have to pay for animal. While checking out I discovered that I payed 75% of the price of the person for my dog - the price was charged everyday. I totally agree that animals should be accepted at additional charges - but the price exceeded my expectations and I would feel much more comfortable being informed about the cost while checking in or while reading description on booking

We thought that although we enjoyed breakfast perhaps some more fruit could have been available.

I was very impressed with the friendly staff at reception and the availability of booking the pool etc.My partner and i also enjoyed the space in the breakfast room and the bar area. The hotel was super clean and we have already told our friends about it.

On arrival there appeared to be no restaurant. I could order a pizza and have it delivered. Then I decided not to eat anything. The sauna, whirlpool etc were "fully booked". Apparently you had to reserve this. Funny thing is that this is all in the same room. When there is written "Private" you expect Private. It does state that there is a surcharge for this, but if you have to reserve and rent each object separately, it becomes an expensive stay. Whirlpool 8 euros, swimming pool (you) 5.00 etc. I spend a lot of nights in hotels and it is more common that you pay a surcharge, but this is in proportion to the service offered. I made this known but there was no understanding from the receptionist. For a romantic weekend this will definitely be a great ghotel, but I feel they don't live up to the promise.

the breakfast is ok, the location is okay too, although it is very remote. The room is spacious but simple. For the highest category room I would have expected a bit more luxury.
