No sockets and problems with charging the phone. It was not possible to order breakfast.

Location close to the metro station and trams. Large room and bathroom. Large shower cabin. Comfortable bed. Very quiet.

Very noisy with tram passing right underneath window No TV Curtains did not cover window fully so light came in early morning. The bar and restraunt area never seemed to be open. Staff werent friendly at all A review giving the hotel 9 appeared under my name despite me not leaving such a review

Location was good, round corner from metro station and tram stop on 22 which goes, upto Castle. And there's plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is not new, it has been there for a 100 years, and located in a old building. nothing can be done with that, but that may be important for some groups of people, so need to mention that. The room is clean, no stains or signs of old times, but they definitely need to make renovations from time to time. Feel free to reach the staff and clarify any question if necessary, as I said earlier - they are super helpful

The staff is really great! Friendly, helpful and caring, provided us with the room with bath so we were able to have a great rest after a long walking trip in Prague. The room was clean, all our requests were met.

In my room there was no towels and washing trick in the toilet didn’t work properly.

The shower head in my room was broken. I reported it and it was not fixed during my stay. My friend had a broken curtain (couldn't close so the street lamp outside filled the room with light). He was told it was the style of the curtain (one that didn't close), instead of it being fixed.

A mini-fridge would have been nice.

I liked the view from my room into the courtyard with green trees, but even the room facing the street was quiet enough. This hotel is peaceful, in a great location and has the best staff. Everyone here is very friendly, accommodating and welcoming.

They removed the mini fridges in the room, but it's understandable.

It is our 3rd stay here and we will continue to stay here for as long as we will come to Prague (at least once a year). We like the location, the rooms, the quiet, the proximity to everything (metro, tram stations, a non-stop supermarket, stores).

Awfull experience! They try to charge you as much money as they can. Stayed there for 7night - huge mistake. You have to pay by card in czk but to convert euro to czk they use enormous exchange rate! Even higher than in city center. In total I payed ~700czk more than I should. No reasoning why the exchange rate as it is. Unbelievable! DO NOT RECOMMEND! The only good thing there - nice people at the reception.

Very clean room, easy check in, great location. There were armchairs and a desk. The wifi was fast enough and stable. The bed was comfy and there was enough room for two people easily.

The room was too cold, with no heating, and it the roof windows were unreachable, impossible to open for a woman with an average height. For such an experience, the price was too high.

The hotel staff is very friendy, and the location is quite good.

The hotel is in a very good location. There is a direct bus to the Florenc bus station. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in very early.

Room had no TV or fridge, no facilities for getting coffee or drinks on the premises, no breakfast. Reception staff very reserved, focused on getting you to pay on arrival

Location is very convenient to Metro and many tram lines, 10 minutes from centre. Surrounded by nice local bars and restaurants somewhat away from the tourism crowds. Simple rooms with comfortable bed and good shower

First of all, I requested a room with a bathtub, I got no reply so I assumed they'd give me a room with a bathtub. Upon arrival I was denied my wish. I would have appreciated it if I had known before. The room I got looked comepletely different than in the picture shown on booking.com.

The receptionist let my dog stay free of charge and he was very welcomed. The room was warm.

Not so good price per quality. They try to get as much money as possible with fees, parking, etc. For example I paied more than 20 euros per night for having my dog with me. That’s the highest amount I ever paied per night and I have stayed with my dog in hotels in various European cities.

You can park on the street for a very low amount (about 3 euros per day) and it’s free overnight. The hotel will try to convince you to park in their garage for 19 euros per night which I think it’s a very high amount for Prague.
