The location is perfect for tram/metro/bus connections. It's also walking distance to the National Museum and residential areas of Prague. The room was clean and comfortable although I couldn't open the window in the room. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, but it could have included more variety for people with dietary restrictions like myself. Overall, perfectly fine stay for a night or two.

Maybe a faraway and muffled roar of trams or the underground. But this is just a remark to fill up the minus box. We absolutely liked the public transport close by. Check your bills in the Prague restaurants! (Hotel was OK)

Hotel Tyl was just perfect for us. We arrived in Prague by train, so we could walk to the hotel. The room was nice and warm (February) with a spacious feeling due to the high ceilings. We got a real double bed, like we asked for. Not an improvised two beds placed together. Nice bathroom. Breakfast had everything you could wish for, though in the basement. The hotel is somewhat out of the historical centre, but there are ample trams in 50 m and an underground station around the corner. Cafés and restaurants close by.

For sure not a 4* hotel. Budget rooms face the street with trams crossroads, and are very noisy due to old windows. Breakfast was just OK.

The location is great, close to IP Pavlova Metro station and all trams. The room was quite big, but I had to pay an extra 400 CZK to have a room in the quiet inner block, but still, it was next to the lift (not as noisy as expected)

Everything was as advertised! No complaints!

The room was a good size, clean with a small fridge and kettle. The bathroom had extra deep bathtub with handheld shower and next to the toilet was a bidet. The breakfast buffet was good with a plenty of choices of breakfast food, coffee, tea and juices. The location of the hotel is excellent! The tram station I.P.Pavlova is right behind the corner and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and stores in very short walking distance.

The hotel needs refurbishment, in the room #404 the aircondition was making noise even it was not in use, it had kind of hissing noise coming out, and shower sliding door wheels were out of railing, it was just hanging there (had to use my DIY skills to fix it)

Bathroom was older and not in the best condition. Shower should be cleaned harder.

Hotel is older and simple. I really liked the location, you can easily walk to centre or use metro which is a minute from hotel.

There is no heating in the room except of the A/C unit which is acting rather moderately and taking into account the high ceiling, with a large delay.

Good breakfast, very comfortable beds, location easily accessible from metro, generous check-out time.
