Everything! A medieval building with all modern facilities; the location,just at the start of Charles Bridge;3 windows overlooking the street; excellent Wi Fi; fabulous brekfast,kind staff.

Everything was very good.

Great location, right next to the Karlov Most (Charles Bridge) , 10 min walk from Metro and very central. Room was very spacious and the breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a great little hotel.

Due to proximity to Karlsbrücke it could get a bit noisy if you get crowds on yhe bridge furing summer nights. However we did not have any problem with noise

Hotel with long history and pleasant flair right next to Karlsbrücke. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is excellent.

There was nothing to complain about. To he honest. We loved everything.

So authentic. Big room and super clean. Hotel is right down the Charles bridge. Great stuff, they are very nice. And breakfast was extremely good, fresh, tasty.

What was not to like.... Food, room, location, staff all fantastic. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh every day. We stayed in a beautiful little studio right next to the river with a view of Charles bridge.

The shower was difficult to find the right temperature.

The location of the apartment was excellent just at the bridge. The staff was very kind and friendly. We received daily cleaning.

Perfect location. Very close to all attractions and the room was exceptionally quiet. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. I got a huge room on the first floor "Karl the IVth app. Literarily amazing. Have already made a reservation for my next visit in Prague.

We could hear our neighbours in the morning, but I guess that happens when you stay in an old building where walls cannot be 100% sound proof.

Obviously the location could not be better. The building is amazing and I liked that it hasn't been modernised in the way most other hotels nowadays have been. It had a traditional feel to it and we were told that it has been run by the same family for several generations. The price was very fair, breakfast was good, beds were clean... what else could you ask for!

Had to hand hold the shower as no fixing on the wall (with the bath option) bubbles didn’t work in the bath and would of been great (especially for a suite) to have shower gel, shampoo and conditioning in a dispenser rather than just shower gel and shampoo in sachets but overall we loved the hotel, they are just minor things that we felt could of been improved

Location was fabulous and our room was huge. Room was ready early so got to check in and get comfy and soon as we arrive about 11.00am - well worth opting for the suite
