I didn’t like just one thing the restaurant needs to do reservations and they didn’t tell us about that, so we went to the restaurant for dinner and was full so we need to go far away for find a restaurant for dinner.

The room was a bit small, there was no kettle but the nice receptionist organized one when we asked. Still, no cups or mugs in the room. Some nearby trails were closed due to recent forest fire.

Unique location in the middle of the national park, despite recent forest fires there's plenty of scenic trails available. Peace and quiet, delicious breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff. I've travelled quite a bit but in this place I really felt like I was resting. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, the facilities and services were top quality.

Definitely restaurant (for dinner) Breakfast is in different place which is good but the restaurant is not even okay.. The menu is insufficient. one of waiter doesn’t speak Czech and English as well. He is not capable about the kitchen.

Rooms are fine especially some of them equiped with great bath. Breakfast is good. Receptionist Barbora is the best, she is helpful. Renovated rooms are fine. Bungalows are cozy. Quiet and peaceful place.

Lovely, well made bungalows, excellent customer service, the restaurant accommodated my multiple food allergies, and everyone welcomed our cat. she loved the porch and sniffing around the property. Highly recommended!

The rooms on the upper floor have a sloping ceiling which is very uncomfortable. Please note this when ordering. It is worth noting that the staff made sure to change the room for us.

A hotel in a beautiful and pastoral location. Accessible to the main road. Efficient staff and comfortable rooms. There is a beautiful and comfortable yard.

The employees attempted to charge more than what we agreed on for my dog citing an increase in prices; however, I booked a few months before and prices should be based on when I booked and what we agreed on in messages during booking. We agreed on being charged what was previously agreed, but on the breakfast I still ended up paying the higher price that originally agreed. The difference was only a couple of euros, and overall I sensed flexibility, but I really felt I was in the right given that the prices were set when I booked and no where did they say that they are subject to increase by the date we arrive-- and though there was flexibility, they made it very clear that actually I'm wrong, and they are making an exception for me. This should not discourage most people, as the location is amazing, and the place is well worth a stay -- most of the employees are very kind, and they were flexible in the end.

Booked a bungalow and not only was it cute but it was well designed and furnished with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. There’s also an minibar available for affordable snacks. Their restaurant is good, has a limited menu though. The breakfast is standard fare but worthwhile.

We were surprised to find out, that after 20:00 pm it's hard to find something to eat, not even groceries, since it's closing time for all businesses.

Rooms were wide and comfortable, small kitchen included! (With complete utensils set, pots and so on). Very clean and quiet, plus a great view from our room. Breakfast was generous, fresh and delicious. Staff was kind and helpful!

In a 4* hotel I would expect something warm served fir breakfast and at least one slice of tomato or any other vegetable. Definitely not worth paying for breakfast.

Breakfast is not too nice, very basic and if you are late then there will be little choice. Staff at the restaurant are bunch of teenagers who are most probably treating this as their summer job so the quality of service is on the lower side. Plus I don’t know why it says on booking.com that is is 4 stars hotel, while I couldn’t find any facilities like pool

Very spacious room with nice room, quiet location just next to the main trails, once you are there you don’t need to use your car anymore to visit all the major sights. The room is well equipped and has comfortable setup.

There was not enough warm water for 2 people short shower . Every time the second person ended up all soaped up with cold water even though we made it very short.

There was an electricity shortage while we were there and none of the devices worked, including the heating It's not their fault, but maybe it's often Also the staff was like "well, it's not our problem", which was not nice

No heating in our room we complained multiple times to staff which made no difference. Moldy shower, paper thin walls you can hear everyone even a room on the opposite side of hallway
