Location was in quite an industrial area about 15mins walk from the city center.

I booked this place for the secure parking primarily. Rooms were simple and clean, with good bathroom and linens Breakfast was sufficient.

The location was very shady, far from centre. Also, the fridge was on the hallway for the whole floor. The walls were thin, you could hear the neighbours. Also, the lady who took care of the breakfast was so unfriendly, she could not speak in english and shouted at us s we could not understand her.

The good part was that we had breakfast (not very large variety) and also the rooms were spacious.

The conditioner would be very demanding if it was +26 outside at night, but the fan made up for it to a certain extent. A little disappointed that after 10 hours of travel and +30 outside you couldn't get a cold Czech beer at the reception bar

Staff very friendly, car park is secured over night and guests can use key fobs, so everything is very safe. Room was massive, clean and well decorated, breakfast really good. Hotel is located 20 min walk from the old town, which was our highlight.

Difficult to survive there in the 30'C heat, on the last floor (no air conditioning).

Free parking, nice and helpful staff. The place is not expensive and has rather simple equipment. Generally clean and cosy, breakfast is decent. I guess it is rather a transition accommodation for travelers - at 10AM the parking lot was empty, everybody left.

Not having air conditioning it is quite hot and if you open the window it is noisy. The bathroom has a fan that makes a lot of noise.

Easy 10 minute walk to Brno Trams. Parking was included which is difficult when you are looking for a place near the center. Breakfast was very good, a nice variety to choose from. Check in was easy with a friendly receptionist.

The guest house clearly informs you about the check-in rules in advance - you can't arrive before 4 pm, which is fine. What wasn't okay for me was the 8 am check-out time. The locked property made me feel uncomfortable, and I wanted to leave earlier. The room I stayed in had old furniture, some of it unnecessary in my opinion. The bed was clean, but the armchair was dusty. The bathroom was very small and didn't have the most pleasant smell. Overall, I didn't feel particularly comfortable, and I think for the price, a slightly more comfortable experience should be possible. Additionally, the guest house is located in a strange area, not ideal for solo travelers. It might be perfectly fine for families though.

If you're considering staying at this guest house, do your research - the reviews have all the details. To start, I'd say the price-to-quality ratio is decent. The location is relatively good - not the closest to the center, but close to a tram stop and tickets are easy to buy. There's also a huge, secure private parking lot, which was a major selling point for me. As long as you read the rules carefully, you shouldn't have any surprises.

Room rather small and hot, right in the attic, in such case air condition would be important, but fan was available. No hair dryer in the room but it was possible to borrow one. Reception could be open earlier then 16:00.

Clean apartment with new equipment, tasty breakfast, comfortable parking. Close to the city center. Nice and helpfull staff.
