Reception staff is not very helpful. Had two superior rooms booked and was to be given one room in the older part of the hotel, and one in the newer part we were a group of five and had booked accordingly. The girl on Reception was not offering g to correct the booking, it took us being quite firm to have our original booking adhered to. Breakfast was quite poor, not a lot to choose from. The coffee sachets in the rooms were€1 each! And there was no milk if you did choose to make one.

Location is excellent . Rooms were cleaned every day.

Nowhere to park. Rooms were nothing like the pictures which suggested a good quality, traditional hotel. Instead it was like a 70s boarding house with sticky carpets, horrible UPVC doors inside the rooms, shabby furniture, limp dirty curtains. Our friends had one of the rooms used in promotional pictures but none of the furniture was the same. No lift. The receptionist said our rooms were together on the first floor but they were on the 2nd and 3rd. Lots of dangerous trip hazards and broken bannisters. We are OK with basic hotels but this was well below that standard.

Rock hard bed, towels not getting left out. Curtains were a waste of time.

Great location but the rooms are noisy, you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms above and bellow. The bed is rock hard. Staff wanted more money if we were more than 3 minutes late out the room and quite rude about it, even though we had just stayed 4 nights.

The water in the shower wasn’t clean, it had rust in it and its colour was brown. The rooms and the bads are awful and really not comfortable. The stuff is grumpy and not welcoming, usually the reception desk is empty or you will be ignored by the stuff .

The mattresses are hard, very uncomfortable. The isolation was very bad and we heard noise all night. The curtains didn’t cover the light, so it was impossible to keep the bedroom dark. It was very difficult to sleep. The bathtub was strange, impossible to take a shower standing (because there was a block in the ceiling). There was no door in the bathroom, only a curtain that didn’t allow any privacy. The breakfast was poor, although we’ve paid for it we only had it the first day because it was poor, no variety.

The location was very good. The bedroom was cleaned every day and the cleaning lady was friendly.

Not clear communication about pets in the property which resulted in additional ncost + additional cost for parking in a public car park. Bathroom was way outdated.

Location to the Old Town is exceptional. Just a very short walk to the main square. Staff was helpful in getting a room on the last floor so my mom only had to navigate one flight of stairs. The room was quite large.

The horrible woman working the day we checked out. What a terrible human being. Avoid this place at all costs. Completely unfriendly and unhelpful, apparently we were the first tourists to ask a question that anyone working in a hotel in would have the answer to immediately. Room had no aircon so hot, really bad stairs to the room and shower was crap with inconsistent water temperature. But definitely the worst part is the horrible staff member on our last day, she’s either the owner or the owner is insane to employ her.

Super super noisy!! Every morning at 5.30/6 the garbage guys came, exactly under my window and they were super loud and on purpuse. I asked them to be more careful after half an hour of yelling and dumping cans and they just laught at me. I asked the receptionist if she can ask them to be a bit more careful and she was very arrogant and disturbed by my request, and just said "it's their job". The walls are super thin and i had very agitated people above, i could hear every step and every word. Also, you need to pay for the tea in the room. Def NOT a place to get a nice sleep vacation.
