This is a really fantastic hotel 💖 It is so central for walking everywhere ! My room was fabulous, spacious, warm, spotlessly clean, with a huge bathroom and a super comfortable bed with fab bedding 💗 I loved the slippers & bathrobe, the mini fridge, the coffee making facilities, the sweets and the lovely herb toiletries ! I also enjoyed the beautiful sitting room area near the breakfast room. The street is so quiet which allows for a great sleep. Finally the superb staff at reception, at breakfast & all the housekeepers really are very special, thank you 💖

Quiet location ( but within walking distance of everything) and helpfulness of staff were excellent. Loved the complimentary toiletries and bottles of water on arrival.

I do not recommend the hotel if you are coming to Prague by car, because it is located in the old town and it is not easy to find it even with a navigation system. The hotel is located in an old building that was not designed for a hotel, so it can be a bit of a problem to find your way around. The hotel building is very old, possible with 👻 😀

The hotel is located in the city center, all attractions are very close, it is not necessary to use public transport. Cleanliness at a high level, staff very friendly, breakfast varied and tasty.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was fabulous. The reception was amazing, parking was private and secure at night. Breakfast was delicious and the mattress was comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel.

Shower in the room only in bathtub, but ok - old historical building

Very nice hotel with large comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff and good breakfast in the morning. Another positive is the car park in the courtyard of the hotel. Biggest plus is the location within walking distance of all places you usually want to visit and still in a quiet neighborhood. I can definitely recommend and will go there again.

Breakfast was wonderful, diverse food for all type of people. Location - 3 minutes away walking to old town, 7 minutes walk to Charles' bridge Room - very big room, clean; the heater was working very good.

Could not fault the hotel, right from the welcome drink, to the lovely, clean bathroom, and the fantastic breakfast. So near to all the main attractions in Prague. They even let me put my case in their storeroom whilst I went sightseeing after checking out.

The location of the hotel is just perfect! It's near every attraction (like the hanging statue and the kafka moving head) and has a vast variety of restaurants near. The staff was friendly, very well educated and very helpful when we asked where we could do some shopping and where were located the Christmas markets. The room was cute and cozy with a big bathroom! The cleaning lady left candies every day after cleaning. The reception was open 24/24.

Its location is excellent. In the heart of the city but a quiet street. The atmosphere is the hotel is also relaxed and sophisticated. The breakfast is well presented, stocked and fresh. Staff are friendly and efficient. There is a beautiful lounge which is perfect to relax.

We don’t like how you know seem to get a loose duvet and not a top sheet on the bed.

The location is excellent, in the center of Old Town. Public transport nearby. The history of the hotel is felt in the atmosphere, imposing a certain conduct. Now, only peace and quiet... The room is spacious and comfortable. Exceptional breakfast. Guarded parking. Quality services. We warmly recommend it to everyone who wants to get to know the wonderful city of Praha.

Just off the main tourist roads it was quieter but very close to the sights and to trams. Rooms were large & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent and gave good recommendations for different cafes.

A very nice hotel, located close to tourist attractions. We chose to walk, even to the Castle. However, public transportation is nearby and can be used. The breakfast was very good. The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful.
