There was a misunderstanding with the bed due to booking's fault, but the stuff was really understanding and moved us on the second day to another room. Clean, nice breakfast. 24h reception that was really helpful and nice location. Not that near to the center, but there are many trams and busses that pass nearby and in 10-20 minutes you can get everywhere you want to.

My booking didn’t show that I had breakfast included, so two of the mornings I had to go back to reception and show that I had breakfast included after speaking to reception upon arrival.

Everything. The room was brilliant, nice and clean and the hotel itself felt very expensive. The buffet breaky was great too.

The only downside was that there was no power outlet bedside in the room that I was staying in.

The lobby of the hotel was beautifully designed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It might be because i went during off-peak season, they kindly allowed me to check out without incurring a fee. The room was clean and spacious. Overall great value for money. I had a really pleasant stay.

The lift had some issues and the windows in the room were too thin (or old), felt like they’re open because of the bad soundproofing, you can hear everything what’s happening in the street. The pillows are too flat , uncomfortable to sleep.

The location is good, the public transport (like bus and tram) are close to the hotel and it doesn’t take long to get to the Old Town. Breakfast was diverse and tasty , the staff was nice and friendly. There is a big TV with the Netflix access.

Room was located in different building over the road which was bit odd, previously we always stayed in the main building and found that more convenient, rooms there have better facilities ( more tv programmes inc Netflix , better wifi and way much better water pressure) The breakfast room is small and if the hotel is busy, the waiting time for the table is quite long. Water pressure was very bad.

Hotel is close to the centre, just few minutes by bus. Breakfast is amazing. Room was basic, but nicely clean.

The only thing that was really bad was the pressure in the shower. It was basically impossible to take a shower and feel clean because water was barely running in our room. Everything else was really good.

This is an old fashion hotel with a spacious room, big beds and enough space. Room was warm, clean and staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was also great. Its not super close to the city center, but we still walked to there. Also there are many public transport lines around the area. We even got smart tv with Netflix account.

The property was lovely, the room was clean and the breakfast was amazing! The location was super nice and quiet just a couple of bus or tr stops from the city center, otherwise is just 10 minutes of Bolt ( which is super cheap!!)

We arrived after a long car drive and just wanted to park the car (it's a quite busy area and no possibility to park the car in front of the hotel for unloading luggage) and afterwards do all the check-in formality. My husband went in the hotel to get information for parking and the first staff member he asked was very unfriendly and not helpful. It took a while of discussions till she gave him the key card for the garage and the information how to get there was not very precise. So after driving in the wrong direction and of course not finding the parking area, I went back and asked another staff member for help. She was very friendly and told me a completely different way to get to the parking area which worked. To start the holiday with such a situation was quite unpleasent. The parking area is close to the hotel but very tight. The day we left it was full - cars in the very back have no chance to get out without others moving first. We were lucky, we had a space in the front and manged to get out (another guest was there with us and his car was blocked and he had to check how to get out).

When we arrived we got some folders with information and directions for the sights in Prague. The room was very spacious and clean, bathroom and toilet are seperated. There is tea/coffee making facility and a large TV. Beds are very comfortable. In the morning you find a large variety of different foods at the breakfast buffet. We had a parking space booked. The parking facility was very close in the house on the opposite side of the road.
