Accessing the apartment at night is difficult, considering that three doors have to be opened, and the last two doors are particularly poorly lit, as is the street itself. Bad door locks make it difficult to unlock the doors. Furthermore, the keys are not marked, a marking would make it much easier to recognize which key is for which door. I recommend that the owner install a light on the sensors that turns on when you approach the door. I have learned to carry a powerful flashlight in these situations. And I noticed after the stay that we did not get the apartment we booked (we booked with a view of the cathedral and on one floor, what we got is an apartment with a view of the courtyard and with the main bed on another level with access via steep stairs. And that (access to a sleeping bed via steep stairs) would be the only drawback for this apartment. However, since the apartment we got is the more expensive one, I think there is no reason to complain, but I recommend you make sure in advance that you will get the desired (booked) apartment. p.s. - thanks to the owner for explaining why another apartment was received - in all fairness,, the apartment that we got has a perfect kitchen and was overall excellent. All in all, I will recommend this property to everyone visiting Kutna Hora.

The apartment is spacious with furniture that looks new. Apartment itself was very well equipped, in that aspect it deserves 10 out of 10. The location was excellent, next to the main sights of the town Kutna Hora. There is a nice view of the cathedral St. Barbara from the street where the apartment is located. Check-in functioned well (please note the comment in the drawbacks section though) and the owner confirmed the check-in time via message very quickly, hence his communication is very good. Locations to park the car were more than enough in the street. The heating worked very well, which was not the case in the other accommodation we used in the Czech Republic, in the town of Cesky Krumlov. The bathroom was also excellent and pleasantly warm, there were no issues here whatsoever. Same with the excellent kitchen, with the induction top, fridge, and kitchen utensils, the impression is that the owner though about the details and to make the stay pleasant for guests which is a big plus. There was a TV that supported Netflix.

I actually had Chosen a one floor flat … they have us a Duplex For a Night was ok But up and down with a small baby wasn’t easy Is also quite small if you come with children it has an inner patio but for us was raining ..

The apartment was very clean and cozy in a perfect location with beautiful view to cathedral. Also it was very nice that there were everything you need - the dishwasher with washing tablets, the washer with detergent, papertowels in the kitchen and even cottonpads in the bathroom - it’s only details, but very pleasant :)

Easy communication with the Host, clear instruction about the check-in and some nice advices about the town & restaurants. Nice, clean room with a small kitchenette. Beautiful location with the view to the Cathedral. Town center in a walking distance.

there were a few aspects that could be improved. The sofa bed in the living room, unfortunately, wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping. The shower head in the bathroom seemed to be in need of a replacement, as it was leaking. Additionally, upon entering the flat, I noticed a slight odour, likely due to the closed windows. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the cleanliness and general amenities of the apartment. It’s worth considering these points if you’re looking to stay here, but they didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of the convenient location and calming environment.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect for exploring, and the peaceful atmosphere was truly calming. Collecting the key from the lockbox was a breeze, and the apartment's cleanliness was impressive. Highly recommended for a great experience!

Modern and comfortable apartment, close to the historical sights and a very cute park. The communication with the host and check-in was quick and easy. I do recommend this place and the host and will consider staying here next time I’m in Kutná hora

Initially a bit hard to find as our navigator got confused and tried to take us down a walking path from the centre of town but once we used the alternate route (avoiding the centre) we found it easily
