Simply phenomenal! We arrived much earlier than we expected (before the official check-in period) and it wasn't any problem. We were warmly welcomed. The rooms are beautiful and the villa has its special soul. It's like the journey to the past. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Even tough there are a lot of furniture and accessories, owners somehow manage to keep it really really clean. We felt great here and we will surely visit again soon.

Room no 5 - all windows are facing a high traffic road. The villa itself is under conservation office supervision, so they can't instal air conditioning (monument building). As a result, it was really hot in our room and when we opened windows, it became also very noisy. So, if you make a booking, make sure your windows are facing the garden :)

Very nice interior, we have never seen anything like this before! It felt as if you were allowed to spend a night at a museum :) Beautiful furniture, the room was really spacious and incredibly clean! The garden is also impressive. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The location is good because it's not far from the town centre, but it is next to a railway line and fast road, so there was a lot of noise in the gardens.

Beautiful building with excellent decor and a wonderful four-poster bed. Almost no other guests, so we practically had the place to ourselves.

Everything was amazing (second time here). Beautiful property, lovely rooms, a gorgeous park outside...I love that there are so many birds and butterflies around too! The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Wonderful friendly staff and the town is nice to explore. I would definitely stay again!

It was a great pleasure to spend time in Vila Austerlitz. The stuff was extremely helpful and they checked us in 2 hours after the scheduled check-in. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely winter garden.

This is an old historic house with no elivator if such is needed and a bathtube shower but if you, like me, is a fan of genuine places I must give 10 points for the Atmosphäre. It is a beautiful house well furnished in a big garden, well situated with free parking. Enjoy!!!

This place is magical. Beautiful, historical villa, the interior design is very impressive, staying overnight in such a place is a unique experience. Beautiful place, every detail in the decoration is well thought of. The place is amazing and very clean. Beds are very wide and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. There were a few options to eat and the bread was fresh and cheeses and vegetables were also fresh. The grounds on which the hotel is located are beautiful and feel like we're sleeping in a mansion. The villa is absolutely lovely. Very friendly owner. Room was huge and nicely decorated according to the style. Comfortable bed with quality sheets. Beautiful large bathroom. Access to a small kitchen. Pleasant garden with a swing. :). Breakfast fresh and sufficient. Location - short walk from the town center. All perfect. It felt like moving back in time in the most positive way.

A more atmospheric hotel in a historic villa, very large rooms, access to the kitchen, lovely, very careful and friendly service. Delicious breakfast, focus on meeting the wishes of guests. Cool. We will definitely use it again. it is worth visiting Slavkow u Bran just to see the place of the historical battle.
