Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only one is low water pressure when we are showering.

Located next to the highway so a bit noisy. They don't have their own bar, but they suggest the one in the hotel next door - same chain but business class so it's ridiculously overpriced. Don't be afraid to walk\drive a bit further for local cuisine experience.
The breakfast was exceptionally good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dogs are also accepted, but a charge a bit expensive (16 eur).
A nice and clean place, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Really comfortable beds and clean towels. Breakfast is nice and of a good selection. Dogs accepted for a stay!

The hotel had heating on which was understandable for the time of the year, however the weather was exceptionally warm and our room was hot during the night.
Great customer service and amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and good location of the hotel. Family friendly - cot & high chair for our baby provided. We would highly recommend the place.

The area is not very central, need the tram to get to the city. Tram stop relatively close, a bit more than 5 min walk in open space (roads are very wide) but if drizzling, not pleasant. The room decoration is oldish, but the rooms are like shown in the photos, so no suprise. Still, they could be a bit cleaner and the amenities improved (hand soap and shampoo=same thing!). Adding a coffee maker would go a long way! The TV remote in my room did not work well and only local programmes were available. Check out is at 10 am (!) but they kindly allowed me to check out 45 minutes later.
All staff (reception and restaurant) were really helpful and kind and my request to check out a little later was met to the fullest. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of choices, ample quantities and a decent range of machine coffees (capucchino, latte, espresso etc). The room was big and the window could open on a small terrace; though it was chilly, the fresh air was nice.

It was a little hard to get to, the 84 bus gets close but it quite a walk to nearest tram stop.
Great breakfast with lots of healthy options, fruit and vegitables. Really good room, great reception staff.

Curtain was a bit shorter then it would have been necessary, so it cannot make dark in the room.
Kind staff. Good breakfast. Hotel is bit further from city center, but local bus top is at the front of the building. Comfy bed.

a bit outdated
free child cot parking (even though there was not a free place and we parked close to the hotel on a public parking ) we spent there a night only, the hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. it seems the hotel is located very close to the city center but we did not have time to check

There was only fan, no AC, but it was not a hot day when we stayed there.
Nice hotel, not in a center, but not far away. 20 min walking distance from the center or some 5 min walk from tram station. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was the best part of our short stay here! Small fridge available in a room. Perfect for a cheap one night stay.

Everything was fine except the fact that the sockets were not closed to the bed. The TV had limited English channels and a little out of date for such a big room.
The Bed was comfortable. The Location quiet and accessible even by public transport and the breakfast was great. Really loved it.

Good hotel for the very good price. The location is very good (close to city center), the breakfast was amazing - I have to admit I did not get such a good options in 4* hotels sometime. Staff was friendly and room nice and comfy. I can definitely recommend!
