I quite didn’t like the bed and also I didn’t know that the bathroom is outside (which was probably my fault, but still). The location was near the train but in quite dirty area.

This hostel is a great choice for solo travelers as well as for group of friends. I stayed here couple times, because it is very clean. The towels are provided. It feels cozy with spacious rooms. There is a fridge, freezer and microwave provided as well. It does not feel crowded. I have never waited for bathroom or shower. Welcoming staff, easy check-in process, breakfast available if interested, thai massage in the basement. It is a great value for comfortable stay! Location is good as well. 2-3min walk to main train station or big mall, 5min to center by walk.

Great coffee, friendly staff... as clean as it gets. Spacious double room and extreme quiet despite proximity to big boulevards. There were not that many people in the duration of my stay which made it even more peaceful.

For me personally, the staff could have tried a bit more to interact with the guests to create a nice atmosphere, I was missing that a little.

I really liked the location of this place, right behind the main station. Also I got a great massage in the massage studio that’s also in the building and the hostel had promoted that. I was lucky to be there in a quiet moment of the year and so could enjoy the dorm mostly for myself. The breakfast buffet offered some variety which I enjoyed!

The staff are friendly. There are plenty of restrooms, and they are relatively clean. The beds have curtains, providing a good sense of privacy. The rooms are also fairly clean. One unique aspect is that while there is a washing machine, guests cannot use it themselves. Instead, you need to ask the front desk in the morning to have the cleaning staff handle it, and you’ll receive your clothes the next day. Additionally, there is a Thai massage service in the basement, which is quite special.

There were bed bugs. I was left with a plenty of bites on my arms and legs. Huge disappointment, it happened to me for the first time in hostel. Thats extreme minus, so I hope it will be solved in future as you won’t expect getting such problems paying relatively quite a sum for a bed.

The location is quite good. The receptionist was also very nice. The room is in fine condition.

There was no kitchen, even though I believe it is included on the Bookings dot com page and the wifi at times was very iffy.

Not having a plug comfortable near the bed for those few days was a bit annoying as the one was not working. Bed bugs gave me quite a trouble for the first two nights of staying and I can understand it is difficult to control but I hope they managed to control the situation

I appreciated that there were a couple issues and then staff helped or tried to. For example we informed them that the plugs near bed were not working and they arranged for a resolution, it just took few days for it. So in the meantime in the room of six people we had to recharge our devices sharing 2 plugs only for the 4 days of my stay. Yet on the morning I was leaving they resolved it which I appreciated. Also I had issues of waking up with bites from bed bugs, which I informed the manager about and got assigned another bed. Yet I hope they resolved it.

There is no air conditioner or fan, so it’s pretty hot, even when the windows are open. But by opening the window, since it’s close to the station it’s really noisy from the cars. The locker is not working well, even though you locked it, it’s soon will be unlocked.

The staffs are friendly. It’s close to the FlixBus station. The room and the toilet/shower are clean. The bed has a light and electric outlet.

The linoleum made the room look dirty - otherwise it wasn't. The toilet is very close to the lobby of the hostel, and the walls are wet, with all the attendant problems. I saw bugs in the room in the morning, so I was very happy to be able to lock all my things in the metal cabinet. Other people's bigger bags wouldn't fit in there.

The accommodation is very close to both the train station and the city centre. The reception staff were friendly and smiling. You can buy very good coffee in the hostel lobby. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. The women's room is for four people, and the beds had curtains on them, so you could be completely secluded. It was quiet during the evening.

We stayed in the same room as last week, and unfortunately, the balcony door still hasn't been fixed. This time, it was very hot, and since the room doesn't have air conditioning, it would have been great to at least be able to open the balcony door for some fresh air.

It's a budget-friendly option for staying close to the city center with a dog and a car. This was our second stay here. The breakfast is good, though there's an extra charge for premium coffee. The reception staff are very nice, though they could be more helpful.
