The guy at reception is really nice and the environment is fairly good with this price. BUT this hostel is near the main street. Night can be really noise, and the bed is poorly designed that I can feel intensely the movement of the guy downspace that I cannot sleep the whole night!!

lockers were too small to put any luggage in. the beds moved, rocked and creaked a lot as they are not attached to the wall so any movement caused a lot of noise and for all 4 beds to move as well.

There was no kitchen just a microwave and some cutlery. The bathroom that was in the shear spaces you had and you had to carry always with you the key was not so comfortable.

Even was near the train station was very quiet, also the beds has a curtains so better isolation and you don't have problem lights. The room had there own living room that you can relax.

Not clean. Hair on the bed! Have the bed sheet and pillow cover changed? A bit disgusting. And there's still covid, why a hostel run without avoiding the spread of covid? No hair dryer.

I had a feeling that this space is not designed fully for a budget backpacker, for 2 reasons, kitchen was super small, if I am not wrong there was only microwave and hot water boiler, so if you want to cook for yourself, it was limited. Also bathrooms are near the cafe, and I guess you share them with the customers, and the sinks are very small and no space to put your stuff around, like hangers or shelves to put your toiletries. The bed was comfy but squiky, so whenever you move or the person next to you (all 4 beds are attached, I had a person next to me on the down bank) , you can hear it and feel it sometimes too.

The place is very cozy, you can hang out at the cafe they have in front but also in the room there was like small sitting area with couch and 2 chairs. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the main train station and also the center. There is lockers and a safe for each person, and also they let you leave your luggage before or after check-in. I felt safe and comfortable (had a only female 4 beds room)

The hostel is in a café basically, and the bathrooms are a bit wird like this. But everything clean and good.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location and clean room! A stone trow away from the bus station so very convenient. Not sure why some people describe the location as scetchy and dangerous, because it is absolutely safe! The police station is around the corner so no need to worry about safety imo.

The kitchen facilities were the only thing I disliked about the place. The refrigerators were small, and could only contain a few bottles and limited food. And that was just for one guest. Only a boiler, and no plates or stove, made cooking of anything but noodles a tricky thing. They had a breakfast menu, that was also advertised about online, but this proved to be outdated. Please do update those things for the convenience of the customers.

The hostel was brilliantly positioned a short and simple walk away from Brno Train, Tram and Bus Station. The staff were friendly and service-minded to the core, and always helpful when I had any questions at all. The place was clean, with great showers, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in, with sockets and curtains at every bed. Each room also had a comfy coach to sit in. The coffee made by the staff was excuisite.

I came back later at night and in the room was freezing cold. unfortunately the heating didn’t work so it was quite unpleasant falling asleep. When I woke up, it heated up, so it was probably issue of the hour I switched it on.

The bed was bad. 4 beds are attatched together, so if one person moves during the night all beds shake and make alot of noise. There is also a light next to the bed but it's so strong and blinding you feel like you are at the dentist. The location, even though it's central, is on the sketchy side of the city.

The staff was nice and the facilities are modern. The room was big, with enough room for all suitcases. The internet connection also works very well.
