Friendly staff, great lounge area/cafe, with lots of books, nice hot shower and the bunk bed was great - had my own curtain, light and socket! Plus, bedding and towel were provided and I was able to leave my luggage for 9 hours for free. Minutes from the train station so a great location! Overall, highly recommended!

I strongly advise against staying at this hostel. During my stay, I was assaulted by a drug addict at night. There was no way to reach the hostel's management, and I had to call the police myself. This place is completely unsafe, and the staff provided no assistance in the situation. It's terrifying to think what could have happened if the junkie had a weapon. Avoid this place at all costs

When we arrived one of the showers smelled horrible, they did get cleaned but only after we informed reception, it was quite strange. The mattresses in this hostel are very thin, almost as if you are lying on foam. They are bad for your back, so if you want a cheap hostel with a good breakfast for a night it is fine, but if you are staying longer it is not very comfortable.

Breakfast was good, you had different options. Location is convenient and the hostel is not very noisy.

worst experience ever. the room doesn't have an AC which was ok but that means windows must be left open as its very warm during summer. But outside the window is a parking lot with a dumpster. So we could smell trash and smoke from the cars. Besides that, there was a construction going on right next door and it starts 7am every morning. It was impossible to continue sleeping even though the bed was comfortable. The last night of my stay I found a bed bug (a big red one, a girl in my room told me it was harmless but I don't know). I told them via text at night when I found it. it's been 2 days and they haven't even reply to my messages. Plus, none of the receptionists could answer anything about the city which was fine for me but just keep that in consideration. They were helpful about everything in the hostel so that was nice.

1. Terrible noise from street car 2. Unkind,irresponsible, uncommunicable staffs. They don't understand English. 3. Dirty room/bed with other's clothes under the bed 4. No fans or cooler in the room in this hot summer 5. Paid for two nights but stayed one night only because this hostel was intolerable. Such a worst experience never again. 6. Could not use individual locker because they did not give the key to the assigned locker. They said they lost the key but I found it was used by other roommate for some reason. They gave my locker to other and said the key is lost, which was a red lie. 6. This hostel should be kicked out of Booking.com for its own credibility.

There was nothing to dislike.

The hostel is conveniently located near the city center and in walking distance from both the train- and bus station (5 minutes tops). The staff is friendly, super accommodating and helpful. The facilities are very clean, my room was comfortable, the locker was reasonably large (but might pose an issue for travelers with large luggage) and each bed is equipped with a small security safe. The common area has a very pleasant aesthetic. I only stayed for one night but it will be my go to place on future visits to the city.

The room we booked had a balcony to the central patio, and there is a construction site. The workers started at 8 am, so it was impossible to keep sleeping. Unfortunately, our room didn't have a wardrobe or closet where to put our clothes, we had to keep them in the bags.

The location and the staff are amazing. The hotel is very close to the train station. The staff was very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this hostel if you go to Brno. Also it's like 5 minutes away for downtown.

I didn't like 2 little details..., I was missing at least one hook where to hang a towel, sweater or coat. Personally I am not a fan of budha statues as it is a religious item. It was bothering me. I think it should not be incorporated into hostel/ hotel in the rooms for guests. Rooms should be kept neutral for guests.

The room was elegant, spacious, clean and quiet. Even the showers are clean and spacious.. Absolutely pleasant stay at this hostel. The towels were provided. I like the sink in the room. Very very nice hostel and great stuff!

The fact that there is noone to reply on mobile calls after 21:00. Reception is not working after 21:00 but still emergency situations occur sometimes. There were two tourists who slept in the lobby since arrived late and noone replied the calls.

Great looking lobby and cafe, not bad interior overall, a good communication when checking in and opportunity for leaving luggage for free. Also a very good location.
