The carpet was stained and this made the room look dirty. The pillows were uncomfortable (too thick for my build).

Andrea is a gem. The after-hours check-in was very well coordinated and she was really helpful in offering tips on what to do in Prague. The hotel is modern, the room, including the bathroom, was spacious with a well functioning AC and I could follow BBC on television.

We liked it all!!!

We loved the hotel, it's modern, clean and the staff will go the lengths to help you. David at the reception is exceptionally nice, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and while the location was not central it was very close by. The rooms were comfortable, the beds very comfortable l, new and clean. The rooms had air conditioning and streaming TV. We were a family with grandparents, parents and children and the hotel was fine for us all.

Not necessarily a problem for me, but the stairs from the front entrance to reception can be a hassle if you're travelling with heavy suitcases.

My flight to Prague was much later than the time it was supposed to go, so I arrived at the hotel for midnight. The communication from the hotel was superb and late check-in was arranged. On arrival I was able to pick up the key from an combination-locked box and went to my room. Room itself was very nice, clean and the bed was really comfortable. I woke up late and was in the room passed the checkout time but I wasn't harassed, so really happy about that. Late check-in was really simple and well organised. Location is fantastic. Andrea at reception was so lovely and very welcoming. Slept very comfortably. Even had AC, which is not common in Europe and was a nice bonus.

The only thing we missed was parking availability. Even though the booking says they have parking spots available, after asking at the reception, the hotel staff offered us a parking spot in their "partner acommodation", which was nearby, but cost extra fee and honestly, was quite pricey. We ended up parking in a public parking garage several stops away from the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible by public transport and close to the city centre. It's in an lovely old building (usually means a lot of steps to reach the top levels), but hotel is conveniently equipped with an elevator. The room was nice and clean, a bit on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. Staff was nice and breakfast very decent too. We enjoyed our stay.

A little mold in the shower and a couple old water stains on the ceiling.

Front desk staff Vita was top notch. Super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. TV and AC worked great. Delicious breakfast.

The fan on the bathroom was really loud

Modern and clean room / facilities, very central and close to transportation / stores and restaurants. Large bathroom, and it has walls - unlike the picture. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English.

the moth problem is real. I could manage it with always closing the bathroom door. But it was a little annyoing to have them flying around

The value for money is amazing! It‘s a great hotel. Everything was clean, the reception staff was very friendly and let me choose my room. She extended my stay for the price I found on Booking. Rooms are nice, I had a room with a separated bathroom, so no issue with the open sink/ transparent shower.

Reception spamming with messages before check-in. Noise easily coming in from the hallway, luckily not so busy.

everything was amazing. However, It would’ve been perfect if the rooms had bottles of drinking water.

One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed at! very very clean, comfortable, good location(public transportation at walking distance,supermarkets, restaurants such as MacDonalds, KFC, Burger king also at walking distance, btw you should try Burger king there it’s really good)and the man at the reception was so kind and helpful.
