No reception before 8am and after 8pm - No bar or drinks facility - single duvets on double beds and pillows either too soft or stupidly big - hot breakfast was just not hot

When I arrived to the room the was an extremely strong odor from disinfection. I had to ventilate the room for a very long time to get this stench out of the room.

The maintaining of the room is not great. Unfortunately, we found much dirt and around. It was clearly visible that the room was not cleaned well enough after previous visitors. Some parts seemed to be not cleaned for ever. At first the room smelled like someone just used a bathroom for a quite some time, so we should open the windows to refresh.

The property itself was designed really nice. Comfortable bed, cozy and we'll furnished room.

The entrance has a lot of steps down before you get to an elevator. The cleaning staff didn't do there job well. 😑

The staff in reception was very helpful with giving information and location to spend time. The rooms are big and comfortable.

They have lot of stairs and not anyone to help you get your luggage in the property.No smoking areas for people who smoke.

the beds could be a bit more comfortable and in the big room the couch isn’t great for sleeping. the bar fridges don’t cool very well but it wasn’t a big problem for us

the locations is excellent . the staff were lovely and the breakfast great value for money. the rooms are clean and change of towels as often as one wants . our luggage was kept safe in a locked cupboard till the flight. overall a very good experience

The room was unventilated and unpleasantly damp and musty. the air conditioning and heating were not working. Breakfast was overcrowded with uncleared tables, making it impossible to eat sitting in the dining room. This is a poor budget offering at a midrange price.

The bathroom smelled as if someone had been smoking in there, and the room itself also had a peculiar, but not disturbing smell. Not sure why.

Rude staff, sir David, specifically. When asked if they can provide breakfast earlier even without checking with the staff he said that no hotel in the world gives breakfast earlier than 7 am. We had many times breakfast earlier than 7 am when negotiated with staff. We ordered this room with breakfast purposely paying extra.

I didn't like the room that the receptionist gave us on the first day. She gave us the roof room where there are two windows from the room. Since it is winter the room was so cold and the room has no Heating! Another problem came up with a False Fir Alarm at 3 AM where all people had to wait outside under the snow until the responsible arrive at the hotel which took around 25 minutes!

I like the location of the hotel, very close to the best restaurants and also to the train stop.

Wifi wasn’t working full 2 days during my stay No one cleaned my room although i kept the (please clean the room) sign on the door since early morning the heating in the room was very high , i had to keep the AC at 19 to balance the room temperature

1.There were some flying insects in the toilet and room. 2.The bath room internal door was not isolated correctly and during taking shower, water came out. 3.Breackfast was not good and fruits on table were old. 4.This is hotel apartment, not 4 star hotel, and overal score 8.6 is definitely not fair. 5.This is maximum 3 star hotel with max score 7.

I suggest to change name as "Pure white" sounds very racist. The receptionist in the morning was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant during the check out. I wouldn't expect this on a 4 stars hotel.

The check in is quite easy during the night, so it's possible to enter anytime. The bed is very comfortable , despite I chose a double bed and get 2 single beds :-/ It's clean and simple.

The breakfast was a disaster. The staff was not able to fill the empty plates with food. We came and no bread was available, even for longer time. Customers had to ask the ladies for everything. Not professional at all. The offer was simpel, but for us OK, however I guess for many people not enough. For sure not an international breakfast.

Check in was easy. The room was OK, however we got a room under the roof. So no view outside possible. Because we were only 1 night here, it was OK for us. The room was clean and the bed OK. A nice, designed hotel.

unhelpful and not helpful staff. hard to explain then anything, messed up my name, reservations, the invoice and many other problems. the biggest problem from my point of view are the lights in the window to make the hotel look nice from the outside. illuminating the room during the whole night, even with the heavy curtain it was too much light. unnecessary complications for the guest. when I asked the receptionist if it can be turned off she said not and weren’t helpful. so if you are sensitive to light when sleeping, avoid this hotel completely. also, my card stopped working one night at it took 1 hour and many phone calls to get access to my room. in the end, it was a very bad experience staying there. the breakfast was ok, although the eggs was soaked with water and the vegetables looked stalled.

you need to walk down with stairs to get inside the hotel, so not very kid stroller friendsly. the sofa bed was broken in our room. multiple times 🤣 In the middle of sleep I suddenly sank down with a Big Bang sounds 🤣

It is walkable to different places of attractions and close to many nice cafe/restaurants nice with air conditioning in the warm summer days.
