Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The view of the Petrin Tower and Prague Castle was stunning. Also, we really liked the heated floors in the bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we wished we had stayed more.

Not a drawback, but there was a slight confusion on the parking space and also it was a bit congested navigating through the parking.
The house was clean and big enough to accommodate our family. It spacious to accommodate more adults/kids too. Had basic necessities provided in kitchen and bathrooms. Heating was very good. Staff were really friendly and supported with needs. Location wise also is very good.

Apartment is modern, clean, spacious, comfortable and adequately equipped with appliances. Sited in a quiet block of offices. Centrally located by foot. All amenities in walking distance. Staff reply immediately online.

• That there was only one sofa when the apartment sleeps 6.. wasn't a massive issue as we weren't in a lot but would of been nice for everyone to have comfort rather than having to sit on the hard back dinning table chairs. • The blind was broke in one room, thankfully it's winter so stays darker in the mornings as otherwise let's a lot of light in. • Quiet hours from 10pm, we had real issues on the last night with next door having their music up so loud in the evening, shouting and jumping around, it was like being in a nightclub, we couldn't hear the tv or eachother talk, the walls are not sound proof at all. We went down to 'security' but they couldn't do anything so we had to bang on the door ourselves. They did then stop the music. I messaged the owner but never received a reply. Security did say they have issues with this frequently.
Great location, short walk to the main square and christmas market. Nice and roomy apartment. comfortable beds, well equipped. Easy check in and check out. Beautiful views from the balcony.

The mattress on the beds could be firmer and the towels could do with being larger.
Breakfast was not included. A small supermarket was near by and we bought what was required for our needs. Flat was 10 to 15 mins walk from markets and large stores.

Apartment was so spacious it could keep 10 people without problem, there was all the facilities needed, everything was super neat, and the location just amazing, few minutes from national museum and wenceslas square, 10-15 minutes to old town. Thank you for amazing stay.

A small housekeeping item would have been a mop in the press as the bathroom floor got very wet. There was also no lock on one bathroom door. It did not take away from our stay and easily put right.
Very bright, spacious and airy apartment, fab location in city centre and easy walking distance to old town. The 2nd bathroom was a huge bonus with 6 of us there, including 2 teenagers! Very easy check in and 3 sets of keys so we could all come and go as we pleased.

Struggling to think of anything negative.
Great location not far from Wensleslas Square, Easy transfer from airport via bus and Metro. Perfect facilities for 6 and great views from the balcony looking across the city to Castle and Petein Hill Really good Ondiam restaurant just 3 doors up the road. The table football was a real hit and being able to leave our cases at reception for a small charge meant we had a case free last day once we checked out.
