Only minor criticism was that the shower cubicle was a bit small and there was no bath in the bathroom.

Very large, clean, and quiet room with tea and coffee facilities in a separate area. the reception desk staff were very helpful at all times, especially Kate who went the extra mile for us.

Elevator is a bit slow but make sense in an old building. Need to add more garbage bins in the room.

Location location location. Wonderful, in the city center, metro station is very close to the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and quite big. The staff was excellent especially Kate who helped us with every request, even on new years eve. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food and in normal hours (until 11am).

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location could hardly be beaten. The proximity to food and drink and shopping is excellent. Paulo was so helpful during our stay and at checkout. Recommend highly.

We stayed for one night only, but we fall in love with the hotel and especially hotel staff. Our rooms were clean and we even got a welcome complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The view from our room was very beautiful, the amenities were nice too. The staff at reception Daina, Kate and Ilya were super helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Daina, who gave us a lot of recommendations about the city and dining options, her dedication and professionalism definitely makes us choose this hotel again in the future.

The staff is very friendly, helpful attentive. At our checkout we were even offered water and cookies for our way home. Both ladies, Kate and Daina, were so nice and offered full hospitality and attentiveness. We will recommend this hotel again. It’s quiet though it’s close to the city Center.

Hotel propose upgrade for our stay from standard room to deluxe. We appreciate it. Aika helps us with everything(parking, information, must visit places), very friendly and attentive to guests. Comfortable room with city view, modern equipment and TV. Cute bath and soft bed. WiFi works perfectly. Didn’t hear any noise. Parking inside the yard, but available for cars less than 189cm.

What a terrific hotel starting with warm welcome and gifts of wine and restaurant discounts. Would rate this hotel more than 10 for all facilities the breakfast rivalled some of the large chain hotels. Highly recommended

The mattress was far too soft for our liking. We have a firm mattress at home, but this was very soft. Ok, if you like a soft mattress. The breakfast was ok, enough selection to get by, but cooked items could have been warmer. The front could be a bit brighter and more welcoming.

Don't let the outside fool you! An old building that is full of character. Excellent sized family room with plenty of space and a balcony with amazing views. Although old, the rooms and common areas were spotless. With a mini-bar, air-con and the usual facilities (tv, safe, tea/coffee etc). Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Excellent location beside the museum at the top of Wenceslas Square.

Small problem though, which for me was kind of a big one, the boiler was small and after my partner had a shower I couldn’t. It’s an old hotel so I wasn’t to mad but kind of disappointed

The view from the room was breathtaking, we got upgraded to a deluxe room,which was beautiful and very comfortable, the rooftop bar was incredible, and just all in all it was perfect

The entrance to the parking lot is veeery narrow and easy to miss.

Great hotel for a city trip in Prague. Everything is easy tp reach by foot. The breakfast is extraordinary good. There's so much different and fresh food and you can get as much Coffee and other drinks as you want. Everyone of the personal is super friendly and helpful. We arrived on Monday and checked out on Wednesday. But we were allowed to park our car for the rest of the day without any extra charges. All in all it was a great stay and we would visit again. Thank you very much.

That we couldn’t stay longer

It was clean, spacious and located within walking distance to many sites, in both Old Town and New Town. The breakfast was amazing with more selections available than I have EVER seen in my 50 years of traveling g. The staff, especially Aika ( Iaka) were very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed friendly and helpful treatment from Phillip and Matthew.
