Rooms are not big enough. But I will be back for excellent service and staff in next trip to Prague.

Service is perfect! All staffs are helpful and friendly. Rooms are not very big but cozy. Aika helped us a Lot! The first room was a little bit noisy, she helped us changed it at the second night! Hotel give us a lot of small welcome gifts. Soooooo sweet! I would like to make a good compliment to Aika and all the hotel!

Booked a basic room as it was a short stay. Very adequate and roomy. Great location. Roman, the manager, was extremely helpful. For a longer stay I would have booked one of the stunning rooms with a view. The rooftop bar has fantastic views.

Only windows in my room were skylights. 2 single duvets on the bed instead of one double. Shower not very powerful. Not tea/coffee making facilities. Minor points perhaps - but you did ask!

Lots of stairs and felt like a maze to get to the room. Very difficult if you have heavy luggage’s. I would recommend to request for help if your luggage is heavy and not comfortable with stairs.

Thank you Wenceslas Square Hotel for the hospitality! I had a very last minute booking and thankfully Aika & Ilyo were there to assist us. Aika provided excellent customer service from check in, check out, to luggage storage. Ilyo was extremely kind enough to assist us with our luggages to our room. This was the gorgeous view of our room 10/10 star review!!!

We asked for gluten free products, free from contemination for breakfast. There were just some slices of bread under request. I think it's something that can be improved.

Parking was so tight. We had to drive through a very narrow set of doors down a “hallway” to a small parking lot. The staff were wonderful and guided us through without a scratch however.

Great location! Prague is easily walkable and this was an excellent place to start and finish our day. Beds were comfortable. Clean room. Welcome drink on rooftop bar.

It is actually nitpicking and it just comes with the old building: The passage to the car park is VERY narrow, the breakfast room is on the small side (but still ok!) and there are many stairs to conquer if you do not take the very slow elevator.

Very helpful and hospitable staff that is totally service oriented. The overall service provided with complimentary items and vouchers did really stand out. From the outside the hotel is hardly noticable, but behind the facade there is a full hotel with a nice breakfast area and a small roof top terrace with a great view. At least some of the rooms have a modern look with an open bathroom design, but I think others are a bit more traditional.

We booked a large apartment but first got a room with 3 beds in it. The room itself was very old, antique even. Fortunately we got the booked apartment with 2 desperate rooms which was also less antique. A guy that worked at the reception promised us a bottle of champagne but we never got it.

Very minor thing (might not be hotels fault): The website gave us the option to have separate twin beds. Unfortunately after selecting this for 3 rooms, only one room had this available. The hotel did inform us immediately and we accepted this, but it would be better if the website didn't give the option if this wasn't available. Other than that the rooms were good.

It had friendly staff and was a great place to stay. Located close to Wenceslas Square and in walking distance of many sights. The only transport we needed was to and from the airport, we walked other than that. The hotel staff kindly allowed our luggage to be safely locked away on our last day while we explored one last time before leaving.

First room small and claustrophobic. Blinds broken so anyone using the balcony outside could see into the bathroom. Small area for breakfast which meant seats not always available especially as a school party was staying.

The location was excellent. The staff on reception were very helpful. They changed our room on request as the first room was very small and some of the lights and blinds were broken. They were excellent at resolving the issues. We couldn't use the parking in the courtyard as our car was too wide so they made arrangements for us to park elsewhere. The breakfast was lovely. The chocolate and wine in the room for a birthday celebration was a lovely touch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and the views from the terrace are absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I even got a free room upgrade with a city view, and the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was cozy, clean, and had a personal touch with a welcome gift of wine and fresh fruit. Breakfast was enjoyable with a homely feel, and the terrace bar was a lovely spot to relax, even on a rainy day. Special thanks to the staff (Roman and others) for their warm hospitality and for making my stay memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

The vintage decor of the hotel is fantastic, the location is brilliant, the breakfast included was also substantial. The restaurant recommended by the staff, which is just next door is awesome. Not to mention its staff members who were very helpful. Thanks to Matew, Alexa and Natasha for making our stay at their hotel a superb experience. Surely will come back to stay when back in Praha.
