Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaNo complaints, really. It can be confusing to navigate the city by way of public transport, if you're coming from the airport. And especially if you're tired. And if you don't speak Czech. But anti-tourist public transport isn't the hotel's fault.
Amazingly, I seem to have been upgraded to a bigger room once the receptionist saw me. It was quiet, clean, there were many electrical sockets (I think six including the bathroom) and a good refrigerator (I had soft drinks in there and they were quite cold after a few hours) so my stay was pretty good. The room didn't have air conditioning, but I didn't feel the need for it. I just left the window open whenever I left the hotel. They have a mosquito/insect net on the outside, so there was no downside to opening windows, either. There was very little noise from other rooms, but that might be because they didn't have many guests at the time. I really don't know. The hotel is close to a tram stop, I think three lines go through there. There is a direct tram to the center of the town. One or two stops away there is a shopping center that looks like a small mall.

GermanyLocation is not good, it takes 30 minutes to reach the city center by car. The free parking for Hotel means the parking lot around it. Our stay was 2 nights and we didn't have any cleaning. About our experience by Booking, we reserved two rooms for 4 adults, means 2 adults per rooms, I even choose beds to be double. But when we got to the Hotel, the reception told us each room was reserved for one person, seemed there was a discrepancy between app and website. Anyway after a while, they prepared facilities for the second person in each rooms.
The rooms were spacious and clean.

GermanyOnly when I ordered scrambled egg without eggyolk for myself, staff had made scrabled egg with the leftover eggyolk for my Husband. because of that he could not eat that day. They should take care of this thing. And people can notice this thing.
Roomas were clean and everyday they are cleaned by the staff. Bathrooms were also clean. Breakfast was good.

SlovakiaJust a little issue, the in-room-corridor's light was not working.
I have arrived by car, so I appreciate much the parking on place. Possibility of contactless check-in (they leave keys in safe box in the outside) is also very helpful. Room is large and surprisingly the balcony is extremely large with comfy seats. For smokers great value.

PhilippinesWe didn't bring a hair blower/dryer which was essential for wintertime since it was indicated in their room descriptions. then we found out only on the first morning they had none, it may be our fault too and not asking them for one. Over-all good stay.
The staff are accommodating, friendly, and helpful. room was comfy and near to the train station which is just 15 mins away from the center. Also your car is safe as they have protective gate with locked to protect your car as we did travel by bus/train to the city center.

The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area with free parking. There is a train and tram stop about 300 meters away. There is a very good restaurant nearby, with delicious food and low prices. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

SlovakiaThe railroads were close to the hotel, so one will hear the trains as they are passing by.
The breakfast was moderate, according to my expectation. The hotel delivered what was promised, the pictures on the site is aligned with the reality. The staff was super helpful and kind. The price was fine, so one cannot expect 5 star rooms for the same amount of money. Good value for your money.

Hotel Wolf is easy in access, in the nice and quiet place !! Our room was a big duplex and also with a big balcony !! -- and balcony was every pleasant every night to relax on the fresh air with a last drink before going to sleep ;-)) and in the morning to get some fresh air before to go for a breakfast ;-)) The hotel is not far from center of Prague (well, everything is relative, but by car it can be 10-45min (depends on traffic) and we were told that there is also a train, etc. -- but we came on car, so using car was more simple ;-)) Our staying was really great in this hotel !! Room was clean and comfortable. And breakfast was making happy all members of our family ;-)) Definitively the address to keep in mind for the next visit of Prague !! While Prague.. -- this city is so beautiful, it can be visited endless times and always with a joy ;-))

GermanyBeautiful room with a big balcony where you can watch the sunset. Small, but comfy room and very clean as well. Really nice staff who helped us with all the English they got. Lidl was within a 3 min walk. Prague is absolutely worth the visit, and the hotel was 40 mins away with tram, which I liked a lot, because you could see more of the city and the tickets were cheap. Especially, for the low prices of the rooms I can recommend staying at Wolf's!!

SlovakiaHotel is close to railway, which can get noisy. This was not a problem at all for me personally, but I know people for whom it would be a no-go, and potential guests should take this into consideration.
Room was big and clean. There was a nice breakfast, with some freshly-prepared food. I would say, that it was an appropriate value for the price.
