We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThe room door was not well insulated, so we could hear everything happening in the corridor. Additionally, there was only one chair in the double room, which meant the second person had to sit on the bed—this was not very comfortable.
The location is perfect, situated near two tram stations, making it easy to reach both the main train station and the city center within 10-15 minutes. The automatic check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we had no issues with it. Our room featured a large, comfortable bed with two blankets, good adjustable heating (which was much appreciated in January), a wardrobe, and plenty of power outlets.

BelgiumThe door lock system wasn't clear. I saw many guests having a hard time, and the code I'd been sent wasn't right.
I really appreciated the different types of tea and coffee, the bottle of water and the kettle. The heater in the bathroom worked great. I liked it that there was no rug. My room faced the back of the building and was very quiet. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillow was funny :) very thin, but that's better than a rock-like or thick pillow. The breakfast buffet was satisfying. I was so wonderfully surprised by the Portuguese-style pastry! Wow!!!

GreeceUnfortunately the bathroom was located inside one of the rooms, so that was a bit difficult. The staff didn't speak English much, so on two separate occasions, we had trouble understanding each other, but we laughed a lot.
We stayed at the "apartment" and we had two separate rooms, that both had doors, so we could enjoy a bit of privacy. The doors open with a pin that is given to us with the reservation, so no keys needed!

GermanyThe room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. NOT recommended for old people or with luggage. The room is close to the Tram station and the sound of the trains may disturb your sleep.
I like the space and the cleanliness in the room. The bed was comfortable. The toilet is small, but its good.

Very clean and comfortable room; the space is used very well, plenty of options to hang or store luggage and clothes. Very comfortable bed too, and the area seems very quiet at night (at least I had no problem with noise). Water boiler with a good selection of tea and instant coffee. Good breakfast with many options, both sweet and savoury. Helpful and kind staff (at the reception and in the breakfast room). Overall great value for money.

United KingdomThe door locks. They would be improved with clearer instructions. I locked myself out on the first night. Staff were very nice when they fixed it for me, but it took a while for me to find the right person to phone for help. Another guest had a similar issue on the last night and I was kept awake by the sound of them in the corridor trying to fix it.
Quiet, clean, comfortable, easy. Very good breakfast. Good shower. Everything was great once I was in.

United KingdomIt wasn't a real problem for me, but certain things didn't work the way they are supposed to, such as the mini fridge in my room and the WiFi (which is limited to certain parts of the hotel). Then of course there is the constant noise from the trams outside, although it's not too bad with the window and curtains closed. I also appreciated that the hotel provided free earplugs, showing that staff are well aware of the issue.
I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast! It's such great value for money, with nice coffee, fresh fruit, fruit juices, cooked food, bread, spreads and cakes too! They are always playing the music channel on the TV in the breakfast room. My hotel room, while it wasn't perfect, still felt cosy, homely and I slept better than I thought I would (given the noise and room temperature). Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
