Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was impossible to air out (hot days) and noisy (trams passing by made lots of noise). The breakfast room is very small and we had to wait half an hour before being able to use it. The check-in after 12 is impersonal, using a key-boy - as I was not familiar with the place it took me a while to figure out how to get in.
Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable and the room was very nice and clean. Location was great.

Message that the desk closes already at 12.00 am could be sent earlier. We noticed that several customers either had not been reached or didn't realize they had to check WhatsApp.

The stay is rather impersonal: Check-in after noon is via a lock-box. Only at check-out did I get to exchange a few words with the lady at reception... But I guess that's fine if you're mainly looking for a place to crash.
Breakfast is almost a case of over supply! I asked for a quiet room out back and the hotel complied... The doors might let noise through from the hotel-hallway - e.g. if people come back from partying till early in the morning. But I'd book here again.

The breakfast is not bad, but may be it could be improved.
Standard service, on front of the tram stop, for this is very convenient. Some reviewer lamented the noise of the tram line, but I can say that is almost not disturbing. It's a fair/good hotel, with a simple breakfast.

The hotel is exactly what you would expect from a budget city hotel - a small but clean room, a comfortable bed with a small, wall-mounted tv and cloth rack. The breakfast was good, a very big variety to choose from. The coffee was a bit bland for my taste.

Entering the property and the room was easy via access codes, without an explicit check-in. The internet connection worked well, the room and the bathroom were clean, and in general spacious and comfortable. The hotel can be reached by foot in about 15 minutes from the central station. In general it was a good deal for the price.

Checking in was easy even in the late hours after 00:00. The room was clean and comfortable. The heating was on and the room was warm. The shower stream was perfect and the water was hot. Location was good - walking distance from everything we needed - 20 min from the trainstation, 10 min to the city centrum. Would definitely recommend!

Entering the hotel was challenging. They send me a code via email that didn't work. I was fortunate that someone from the service came, and I could get a phone number. Otherwise, you could have stayed outside the whole night. Breakfast seemed acceptable, but the second day they served the leftovers. My son ate some meatballs from the previous day and had diarrhea that whole day. The light and the noise came directly from the streat on the front (one Saturday night there were even workers in the midnight) making it difficult to sleep

It’s way too noisy, my room faced the tram stop and the sound of the trams is continuous, even when the hotel provided ear plugs it didn’t really help. If you’re a light sleeper definitely find something else.

In the single rooms facing the street, тhe noise caused by the turning trams was terrible. The hotel is located in a communicative place, right where trams from 4 directions make turns. But there are too many trams - at intervals of several minutes. The noise is non-stop from 4am to 1am. There is no escape either through a closed window or with earplugs provided by the hotel. The internet was down almost all the time, I had to use a hotspot with roaming through my own phone.
