If the reception is unoccupied, please note that the bell is silent, they can hear it upstairs. I was told off for that. The bedding felt quite rough/ stiff.

Lovely sized room, lots of lamps, black out blinds, nice desk to work at, mini fridge with a few drinks, comfi bed. Breakfast was basic. Parking was easy as I managed to get a space in front of the girl. There's a cheap public parking right across the way.

There was not anything I did not like. But because I don't speak german but English the communication was little bit difficult in English. But despite that minor language problem everything went fine.

Breakfast was good and versatile. There was enough/plenty of choices for every taste. The products were fresh and good quality. Personal was frendly. Location was good near Dortmund and Westfalen stadium. Single room was good and clean. Bathroom was clean.

They have a cupboard instead of a real bar but not a big deal.

The staff are friendly, the location is excellent for going into town, nice restaurant 10 metres from the front door.

We had 2 single beds which made a large bed area however we had 2 single duvets which made it difficult for my husband and I to keep together and warm and the pillows were quite flat. We asked for 2 more but could only get one. Breakfast was OK, basic, didn't seem great value compared to the price of the room but it was adequate. We didn't ask but would have been nice to be asked if we would have liked a cooked egg when we arrived at the breakfast room, the boiled eggs were OK but were too much cooked and colder for our liking. Finally, the matching plates, cups coffeepot etc looked very nice however the cups were very small and the coffee got cold quickly. We did see a couple of people with their own mugs, good idea.

Great location, just off a main road but still very peaceful and quiet with a few free evening parking spaces outside if available and a large inexpensive car park opposite if not. Very short walk to town centre, train and bus station. Modern, clean, trendy in areas. We were lucky to have a corner room with 3 windows and a great view up Poth and of the distant forest. The beds were very comfortable to lie on.

The double bed was two single beds pushed together (but this is very German). The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and not up to the price we paid for the night. Yet I am used to Asian hotels, which has different price and comfort levels like on Europe.

The breakfast was superb and the staff was very attentive.

The only thing that I can think of was that elevator was tiny, when you were transporting your luggage 🧳, but that's all.

The location was excellent, the room clean and well appointed, and the en suite was a great size. The room also provided a small fridge to keep any goodies you may have bought for yourself fresh.

Nothing we didn’t like, but It would have been nice if they had, had a restaurant for dinner.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find, but once found was in a great position to explore the town. We had a super room on the ground floor with entrance hall, bedroom and bathroom, very spacious and all spotlessly clean. Nice outlook and comfortable bed, very good heating. The staff were all helpful. They didn’t speak English, but understood our limited German. There was a super choice on the breakfast buffet and eggs cooked as requested. A lovely cafe/bakery, right next door. Convenient car parking.

To be honest, there was nothing depressed me. Everything sounded great during my stay.

I really love the location and the space of my room. The bathroom is also superb separating wet and dry zone. It's very convenient to walk from the train station and to city area. The staffs are also very helpful. Highly recommended if you find a place to stay in Iserlohn:)
