Very quiet & peaceful. Location was very close to Checkpoint Charlie station. Walkable to Brandenburg gate. Staff very nice. Barman Bastion great on recommendations for dinner.

Rooms were very small in size.

Location was excellent, mainly historic sites within walkable distances. Well connected with Metros and busses too. Staff were excellent and so was cleanliness.

Unfortunately the TV was really small and didn't have much in the way of programs, I think there were only about 5-10 channels.

The wall lighting was really cool, and located just off of checkpoint Charlie. Within walking distance of a U-Bahn Station and about a 40 minute walk to Hauptbahnhof and Brandenburg tor. It's also right down the street from many other cold war memorials like the preserved section of the Berlin wall.

The location fit well to experience the wall and Check Point Charlie as we had only scheduled a short stay in Berlin. Adam, staff, was helpful to advise on how to maneuver to see other parts of the city as challenging with the bus and SBahn strike the 2 days we were in the city.

Breakfast can be somewhat richer and more diverse

A very cozy and cute hotel. Well located with a short walking distance to public transport and shopping. If you're there for the Berlinale - the German cinematheque is next door!

People smoking right next to the entrance - it meant smoke wafted all the way down to the street and also, into the entrance of the hotel, itself. You should put the smokong section away from the hotel entrance.

The staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful! The room was perfect for our purposes. It was quiet and clean.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, poor lighting in the bathroom area above the mirror, shower curtain (glass partition would be so much more suitable for the modern decor).

Location Location Location:) quite a big room for a budget hotel, a cheerful colour scheme in the rooms, clever lighting in the room that can be managed from bed, a map of the area attached to a key card holder. I would stay there again.

There was lacking of a freeze.

The location was easy to find out by the Taxi driver that I hired. The room was cozy and comfortable. However, there should have been a complementary breakfast with less/customized items (of lower price).

The hotel location is perfect , central and very accessible via metro. The commons areas were very clean. We were well received, the staff were warm and very attentive. They allowed us to watch the football game on a giant screen. The room was smallish but there was a good shower, the beds were very comfortable, and we slept well. What was important for us: we felt safe, the hotel is very clean everywhere and its location made it easy to come and go, being so accessible by the public transports. We would stay there again.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. It looked like it could use a redo, it was so small that the towel rack was above the toilet, and the shower (in itself completely ok shower) had a shower curtain.

The hotel is functional and despite that it's huge, it doesn't feel like that at all. The staff is friendly and breakfast was ok. The location is excellent.

The room layout and space was good, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was really nice and varied options. The little bar was nice and the bar manager was very friendly. The location is really good and close to a fair few tourist hot spots or within walking distance. Clean and tidy throughout
