Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Honestly, my husband and myself don't like their pillow too soft and so flat not very comfortable and their shower door it's terrible the water is coming out if I use the shower spray...otherwise it's a nice hotel,
Breakfast was very good and excellent location, close to everything. I will recommend this hotel.

It was a bit strange for me, on the last morning, at 10:00 AM the cleaning staff was knocking on our door, and after we did not reply, they opened the door...while we were asleap, becauae we were really tired after the previous day. We did not understand it, because the check out is 12:00, so we were 2 hours before that. I think they just wanted to clean the room, but I would suggest to have a list of those rooms, which will check out that day, and they should not bother the guests with knocking on the door...
It was a really nice hotel, perfect location. I liked the breakfast as well. Plus, that I really liked, you can have a breakfast till 11:00 AM, and you can check out ill 12:00, which is more comfortable than usually.

Premium location, next to Alexanderplatz. Good breakfast. We stayed only one night and it was very ok. Our room for 4 ppl was tiny, but ok for a short stay.

The reception we received which was less than welcoming despite the words uttered. The lack of tea making facilities.Someone else’s fingernail in the bathroom and the lack of English TV channels given the cost of the room. The sterile seating environment downstairs.
Its location and the quietness (?soundproofed) and the darkness of the room which provided exceptional sleeping conditions. The breakfast apart from the tea was also varied and expansive.

Being picky, I found 1 or 2 hairs in the bed and bathroom, what can be grose.
Location is amazing, in the heart of city center, near Alexanderplatz, but not noise at all. Breakfast is definitely a plus. It worths a lot, good quality and diversity. If you’re vegan, I’m not sure if it would meet your expectations though. Spacious room, good bed, ar conditioner works well.

TV quality was bad, it was not possible to turn it off. The shower was broken.

The name on my booking confirmation did not say it was an H2 hotel, which would have made finding it easier.

There was no safe in the hotel rooms which would be good for travellers with important documents. The room that we were in was slightly hot overnight and the fans did not seem to change much.
The location of the H2 hotel was great to be able to access all of the attractions around Berlin. It was close to all the major transport hubs (train station, bus and trams). Rooms were clean and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was good, it had a lot of variety that was exactly what you needed with a trip abroad. Excellent communication through staff.

Firstly we could not get out from the garage because ”call to reception” button did not work, doors did not open. Had to go out to rain and walk the block around with all your carries. In the morning we did not even get to the breakfast when cleaning lady knock the door for cleaning. We had dog with but didn’t get any inform from that to put in the door. In the breakfast was not any hand sanitizer and in the lobby had empty machine for sanitizer. All in all you did not feel much hospitable.
Room was ok, bathroom nice and room temperature good.

I didint like the pillows in the room. And we had to ask many times and two different days from the front desk and then we finally got 2 pillow more. It looked like they are saving the pillows. And also late check out paying rools were different, it depended from which staff person you were asking. The breakfast was just okey, I could liked even two selection off sweet with coffee. The staff didnt seem to be friendly.
