Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Gym and sauna were great. Close to the train station. Nice little lounge with Franziskaner on tap. Breakfast was good but not worth 20 euros. Staff was very friendly. We walked everywhere, 15 minutes into Old Town and lots of restaurants, places to get beer, things to see. Would stay same place again

It was extremely difficult with parking. During our visit there were construction works happening on the road, and no obvious parking spots were available.
I liked a cheap haircut salon across the street. It cost only 13 EUR to cut my hair.

Towels were pretty old and some of them were ripped. We wanted to check in at 12 pm but they charged us 20 euros for each room for early check in

We picked up this hotel for the sauna, which was out of service for two days. We enjoy a coffee in the room, prior to the breakfast, but there were only two sachets - and one of them was decaff. Other than that, everything was fine.
Close to the train station, walking distance to Marienplatz. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel parking is under renovation and we haven't been told before. We had to park further and didn't appreciate it to be honest.

It’s not practical to use the shower before or after the sauna, once you have to cross the gym to get there (the floor gets wet). Would prefer to have a place to hang our coats (not next clean clothes on the wardrobe). Room was clean but the sofas and pillows at the lobby were dirty and full of stains ( but from what I’ve seen in Munich is standard and most restaurants and cafes are like this)
The gym and sauna where the reason I picked this hotel. Well equipped gym and good size sauna (always empty and we went there every day). The room was a good size and the breakfast was good. They kindly provided bathrobes, upon request. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Was expecting worse surroundings, once reviews mention the location isn’t great, but I think it was very safe and central enough to explore the city (went to marienplatz by foot and arrived/departed with suitcases in walking distance from hauptbahnhof station).

The sauna was out of action due to maintenance and in the end we were able to use it. All good other than that.
The breakfast was handy to have as there are not many options close by to the hotel. We did activities in early so having the option for breakfast was great. Comfortable with friendly staff.

Expensive laundry, we used services down the road.

Hotel provides water only on arrival day. Others days we had to buy in lobby ( that was expensive) and in supermarket . There is no coffe machine and location for body .
Staff was very welcoming and helpful . Hotel is located next to train station and metro that was very convenient to go to airport. Breakfast was good.

The shower flooded the bathroom, did tell the front desk but not sure if things were lost in translation as they changed the shower head but not fix the drain.
The rooms were fine, newly renovated. They were not very big but that did not bother us. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. A good 20min walk to Marian Platz which we enjoyed.

there was no option for double bed duvet and the location wasn't that clean.
location is near train station was to travel to tourist locations via public transport. Even walkable if you want to see old town and rats house nearby areas (27 mins walk).
