Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

upon arrival outside of closing hours at 10pm the inner main door was locked but a notice told us to use a code that was sent to people arriving late ( which none of our group received) however there was a phone number to call and a button to press for help which took 15 minutes of calling to get a response to finally help us produce key cards etc and the button didnt work -

The noise : * A car alarm rang each hour all night long. * A party was in the neighborhood * Trains were passing near the hotel

It is next to a rail line and there was industrial noise during the night and early morning.

There is no personnel and it is expensive for this quality.
The hotel is quiet and the checkin was easy. There is a Netto near to the hotel.

The hotel needs a refresh. It’s quite old inside the rooms. I had a room close to the entry on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy, I could hear the elevator engine each time someone was using it.
The location is an advantage, close to the train station and the city center. Also the staff was very nice.

The hotel is placed centrally in Køge but has definitately seen better days. Everything seemed to be worn out and run down. The rooms were uninspiring and tired. Old chipped furniture and shabby carpets. The bed was clean and fairly new. The bathroom was very basic. But mold growing in the shower is not a good vibe. I was very disappointed in the standard given the price. The breakfast would have been better at 7/11. I will not be going back to this hotel.
The parking was good at the hotel.

The late checkin via the computer is dysfunctional. We had a reservation for two rooms. After checking in for the first room, we could not access the reservation for the second room which was on the same booking code. And when calling the emergency number on the unmanned checkin desk, no one was answering during half an hour of attempts to be helped. By Googling we found another number to Zleep were a person answered and was able to help. It took us about an hour to get access to our two rooms. When checking in for the first room, we clicked on the option to get an additional key card. The machine spitted out its whole supply and then it shut down, in total nine cards. (Fortunately for other guests there was an additional checkin in screen.)
The rooms are comfortable and the price is reasonable.

Rooms are a bit dated with furniture being damaged. Not all amenities were there, like empty soap dispenser etc. They did correct is after we mentioned it. Street in front can be loud.
Close to centre and plenty of room for parking. Staff is very kind. OK breakfast. Price was reasonable for the service.

The water in the shower didn't drain very fast.
We stayed one night at the hotel and everything was great. The location was perfect for us and we were able to park as well. Would definitely stay again.
