If you choose the same same room as we did - its two floor apartment (top floor) so in summer you will burn :) its hot when its cold outside but sunny, so be aware about that. The host bossy and crazy :) you havent done anything but she will talk with you as you did. Anyway all is fine, just be aware about these two things :)

Has its own parking, so the car is in the yard safe and no parking fee. You reach the center for 4 eur by bolt. If you walk it will take about 30 minutes. The apartment was ok, old but comfortable. The price is great and its a perfect choise if you come by your own car.

Location is about 15-20 minute walk north of old town but the area is beautiful & very relaxed. Property is very well maintained. Apartment was well kitted out with everything you could need. Host is very friendly & accommodating.

Maybe a curtain can be added in the kitchen area to block more efficiently the day light for lazy sleepers like me

Classy single apartment: Quite, Clean, cozy, comfortable, bright, very good value for money, free parking, new bed/mattress, you can ask Ivy anything you want, she also cleaned my clothes for free while staying at her place. Very helpful hostess providing options to solve problems.. I will stay again soon. Highly recommend it.

Very spacious flat, clean, complete kitchen for cooking. Easy check in/check out. Owner let us dropping the luggage before check-in hour. Good value for price. Quickly accesible to city center by bus (stop 6 mins. walking). This accomodation consist of 8 flats in a typical Estonian wooden house. Recommend!

The only negative is that it was very cold. Probably one battery was not enough to heat it.

Just a small detail... but it was sometimes really difficult to find which light switch goes for witch lamp in the appartment ;)

The appartments were large and cozily furnished. The host was friendly and answered promptly to all messages and questions. The appartment is within comfortable walking distance from the old city center.

There weren't any blinding curtains in the sleeping area.

cannot say I did not really like that, it was ok, just small notes: oldtown is about 30mins away by walk, streets are a bit confusing even with GPS maps, no free parking in the oldtown and near outside of it, there is free parking on sundays outside of oldtown, but hard to find space and it is not near the oldtown. Apartment parking is located on the opposite side, need to drive around the block to get in. If you get room on the 3rd floor and have luggage and not a young person- could be some challenge. Strict rules of the apartment, read carefully if you are party man, better find another place. My room had stairs to the attic, where some more beds were located, not very convenient if in the middle of the night you want to go to the toilet downstairs.
