Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomOn the flight path and close to airport, so regular planes overhead. No real beach nearby. No free a la carte restaurant booking. Extra for lots of things, AI plus, Royal level, felt quite 2 tier.. Grounds on lots of levels, fine if you have a mobility scooter, if you struggle with walking distances or step, you may struggle.
Felt very luxurious and room very spacious with a water jet bath. Plenty of pools, Of unable to find lounger by one pool there will be one at the next pool. Well maintained gardens. Staff wonderful. Plentiful food, themes most evenings, excellent AI drinks availability.

Nice all inclusive resorts with fun animation and nice pools. - Animation team was doing well. Rooms were nice also and we received some presents for our birthday. Would recommand to families and people who like food in hotel. Restaurants were good.

United KingdomNothing. We have booked to come back the same time next year already. Just expect a 4* hotel but the price matches that.
The resort and pools are kept really clean! It's a great option for a winter holiday. Loved that there were lots of pool choices and one of them is even heated. It's more of a 4* than a 5* hotel (if not booking the royal level) but for the price it's still an amazing value holiday.

United KingdomLayout of hotel is a maze, the pathways are confusing with some footpaths leading to dead ends. Location is quite remote, quiet and not much food options in locality - fine for us as we were All Incl and there to chill/not venture out of hotel, but something to be aware of when booking. No cot for baby in room despite emailing twice in advance to ensure we would have one on arrival - we had to ring reception 3 times and wait 4 hours for a cot to finally be brought to our room, after baby's nap time. Staff are pleasant enough but not super friendly/accommodating. Porter bashed our suitcase/ wheels into the wall in front of us and brushed it off like nothing happened, bit careless. Minor little touches like no coffee machine in room, no welcome drinks, luggage not taken at hotel door, no pool waiters at pool so have to go to bar yourself for drinks, removing All Inclusive band at check out so you have to pay for food/drinks on last day... are areas which let this hotel down and are things that you would expect from a true 5* hotel experience. Unfortunately this hotel didn't fully meet my expectations.
Hotel is beautiful, so aesthetic and great views. Lovely volcanic touches with black sand/cactus decoration. Big rooms with very cosy comfortable beds. Our balcony did front a nearby construction site however on the plus side, it caught more sun than the pool areas. Definitely worth going All Inclusive here as location is quite remote. The drinks options are great even includes good strong cocktails and aperol spirtz. Good selection of buffet dinner, themed each night, and good breakfast with fresh fruit juices. Wine/prosecco poured from bottle at lunch/dinner. Entertainment team are enthusiastic and try hard. Good range of activities run from hotel eg kayaking, segway tours, bingo, cocktail making. Heated family pool so great for winter sun/kids. Check out is 12.

United KingdomA little short staffed, especially in the buffet restaurant - needs more than 1 staff member per section. Areas of the hotel looking a little dated and needing some TLC. For a 5 star hotel would expect a drinks selection in the room fridge with all inclusive. Sun loungers a little uncomfortable and pool freezing cold. For the price, A La Carte restaurants should be included in all inclusive package. All minor negatives compared to the positives.
Nice layout of the hotel. Room very comfortable and spacious. Buffet good variation and great quality. A la Carte restaurants also superb. Staff really nice and accomodating. Drinks options excellent. Great location next to 2 local villages and only a 10 min drive from the airport. Nice to see management visible around the hotel. Overall we had a lovely stay.

United KingdomEverything! Excellent room, large bed and bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate walk in shower. Huge bed. Private balcony which wasn't overlooked. Fridge and bath robe. Breakfast was amazing. So many options, delicious and fresh. Seven swimming pools. One heated, one adults only. Lots of sun loungers. The hotel and restaurants and pools didn't ever feel overly busy even though the hotel was full. The architecture and landscaping was beautiful too.

SpainOn arrival from England, we couldn’t gain access to our apartment in Silencio. At 23:00 hrs, and after a long flight, we needed an emergency room and bed. €305 for a one night stay is excessive, but my wife and I, at the age of 72, had no option. In addition, the taxi cost was €25 each way.

United KingdomOnly one area for drinks in the evening ( this is January though) the inside is like An airport waiting room - too bright , no atmosphere and it’s much nice outside on the balcony area.
It’s close to the airport , if you like planes flying over every 20 minutes - lots of pools to choose from, not all of them are heated though and not all are next to a bar for drinks

EstoniaOrdering a taxi is a mess. Outside the hotel there are people who have ordered taxis by themselves, who have asked the reception to do so and who are just waiting. So, if you see a taxi, just jump in first, otherwise you can stay waiting forever. The floors in the room are cold stone, ie barefoot is not an option.
The hotel was big enough to provide all services and small enough to walk from one end to another. Food was excellent with majority of world cusine covered. Variety of pools, incl one heated. 13-year old enjoyed the segway tour and snack bar and mocktails. Medical service is quick and professional (for extra cost).

We did half board, food was excellent. Lots of swimming pools, not allowed to book sunbeds. Pool area very spacious. Complex spotless. Housekeeping excellent. 10 min walk to Los Abrigos along coast and in the other direction 20 min walk to golf de sur. Bus stop at main entrance.

The staff were so well welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We booked the special meal at the Italian restaurant and it was amazing value for money. The dining coordinator was superb and so helpful. The staff at the meal were brilliant especially the cocktail waiter and the head waitress. The room was super comfortable and the room had everything you could think of. The balcony was great just to sit and relax on. We were only there for a day but tried a couple of the pools. The breakfast and lunch were amazing spreads. It is so close to the airport that it makes the hotel a brilliant stop off point.

United KingdomI was somewhat frustrated when dress codes are indicated in the policies for dinner in the restaurant however some clients were permitted wearing training shorts, flip flops and football shirts. I find this very unhygienic and not in form with the hotels 5 star rating. As far as I am concerned the hotel should enforce this policy and if not appropriately dressed then should be turned away
Hotel was amazing. Room, food and staff were excellent. Big mention for Juan Ramon for his fine bar skills and attention to detail, his baraquitos are magnificent and also to Arturo for his wonderful tour of the San Blas park
