Felt the rooms were very cramped. Hard to access your locker without being in someone else’s way. Would have been great to have a small shelf to put things on like phone etc. Bed was squeaky so very conscious of the noise and waking others every time I moved. Limited bathrooms for the number of guests.

Good location, very clean with friendly staff. Bathrooms were very modern. Shared spaces were very nice.

I didn't feel safe because the doors were not being locked and the window was broken so it cannot be closed completely at night. It was more like a dormitory facility with multiple rooms that you are sharing with foreigners.

The room was very wide and spaceful for 4 people.

The room became very hot at night but that’s also because there were 6 people in the room and the weather was outrageously hot. It was a bit difficult to find the hostel at night as the sign is not very visible during the night.

It was closer to the metro , arc de Triomphe and the bus station. Many restaurants and shops nearby and the periphery was clean and spacious

the room is packed and it's not the hostel fault, but there's one old person, was snoring so loud under my bed and it was very hard for me to sleep even with my AirPods on noise cancellation.

I stayed in a 4-bed-room only for women, but one madam was snoring loud at the first night, I would say like thunder, I couldn't sleep until 9 am when she went out, I also gave up something that I was going to do to get some more sleep. I talked to the staff and they tried to help, but the hostel was fully booked, so I didn't have much choice and ended up finding another hotel and it's still a bit pricy for the bed and room they provided.

the staff was really nice to help me with my problem. the bathroom was clean. and the location was good as well.

The metal beds make horrible noises on each tiny moves which make it difficult to sleep Bathroom outside the room and you need to pass in front reception to go there !

The beds were noisy and new mattress need to put on the beds. The pillow was not good I had to take one from the living room to be able to sleep. The air conditioning was poor they said it's because of the heat wave yet I doubt, the a.c maximum capacity needs to be enhanced I woke up in the middle of the night sweating.

The location was perfect, you exit the metro station at arc de triomf and it's less than a one minute walk to the hostel. Many of the main attractions were a walking distance to the hostel. Overall it was clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hostel like the kitchen and living room were comfortable and quite every one was very respectable towards the other.

The kitchen: the kettle is a fire safety hazard as not stopping when reaching boiling point. Bins/recycling isn't clearly marked and everyone mixes rubbish so in the end there is no recycling. Also it is against any logic to put the organic rubbish bin furthest away from the kitchen counter top. Bathrooms: there are 2 decent ones and 2 with a showers without doors without shower doors/curtains so they end up flooded when used. I believe refurbishment should be done. Mattresses, at least mine was too soft hence very bad for back as it doesn't allow your back muscles to rest. The locks on the lockers in our room were working poorly and many attempts were needed to open them. The key code was changed during my stay and I wasn't informed.

I really like the location and the terrace. The kitchen is good for self catering and allows you to cook something quick and easy. Dishwasher comes handy and there is a coffee machine to use with additional charge. The room i had (2xbunkbeds) was of good size and with small balcony. I enjoyed being able to have space in the fridge to put my food and your green tea lemon.

I stayed in a 4 bed female dorm and the bunk beds unfortunately are extremely loud. You will hear the bed squeaking with every ever so little turn of the person above you.
