I was disappointed in the restaurant's food. The menu is excellent, including the wine list. The servers are excellent. I ate dinner twice and breakfast once. Breakfast was good. First night dinner was a wonderful pork chop. The accompanying garlic mashed potatoes were almost cold and the asparagus overcooked. The second night dinner was their fish special. I ordered broiled which was dry, French fries tasted like they were 3 days old and so did the Cole slaw.

My room was comfortable and clean but it was located over some type of motor that would kick on and off occasionally. It did not disturb my sleep but it was somewhat annoying when I was awake.

Staff was not overly concerned with guests. Computers were down when we arrived and we were told that it may be an hour, “please find something else to do”. No offer to contact us when systems resume operations.

When we came back to our hotel, the pillow was placed in the middle of the bed and then they cover the bed with comforter leaving pillow in the middle . The comforter was done terribly as if they were making a joke by fixing it that way or maybe they were on the phone that they forgot that they did not finished fixing the bed. We really don't know what happened but still we had a great stay in the hotel . Restaurant staff were very nice .

We had dinner at the hotel bar and grill. The food was excellent and the service very friendly. We can recommend!! The beds were also very comfortable. Excellent place to stay after our visit to the glass museum!

Room could use a bit of attention. Blind on window was not functioning well. Curtains not hanging correctly. Wall paper showing some wear.

Downtown Corning. Easy to walk around. Close to hiking and Waterfalls in Watkins Glen. Nice bar area with live music. Bed was very comfortable.

The parking. Surely you can provide enough parking spaces for the guest. The hotel should provide room number tags , to hang on the hotels guests rear view mirror for parking, with the paying guest room number on that vehicle. I was shocked that they cannot provide enough parking spaces for their guest.

The property was very clean, and the room very comfortable. The restaurant was awesome, thank you for the mimosas with my breakfast. They went above and out-of-the-way so I could have a morning mimosa. Staff were amazing. One exception was the night staff, when I could not find a parking space approximately 8:30 PM on my return to the hotel. I asked the two night shift desk staff where should I park. They told me I could park out back in the city lot, but I’d have to move my car by 9 PM. I said what if there was no parking spaces left at the hotel after 9 p. m. , the gentleman behind the desk evaded eye contact and indicated I would have to come back to the hotels parking lot and wait for somebody to leave and take their spot. The response to the lack of parking spaces was, “the hotel is full”.

Check in was at 4pm, got there a few minutes after 4. Was told our room wasn't ready yet & they'd call us when it was. So we waited in the lobby, played on our phones....and kept waiting. Had dinner reservations for 6:30 and at 5 we went to the bar to get a drink. No call, so we went to ask them & before I got to ask she said our room was ready. She apologized but I think she may have just forgotten about us as everyone else had already gotten checked in...

Great location and close to tons of restaurants & shops. First time in NY, visiting the glass museum and this was a close hotel. Nice staff, great bartender and our room was great! Nice & updated too.

While the breakfasts were good and a decent value, the dinner options were a bit less so for the quantity and price. The hotel seemed to have a few issues with restaurant/reservation desk communication, but that seemed to be ongoing and perhaps because we'd booked through Booking.com and not directly? There was a bit of a delay in checking in as well, due to same system/internet issue.

Loved the 'downtown' location and easy access to main street shops, glass museum, galleries, restaurants, bars, etc., Very pretty setting and friendly staff. Had 2 breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel while there. Our breakfast servers, Tony and Damien, were courteous and helpful even offering tourism 'tips'. Last morning there, a bus tour was leaving, yet they managed to keep all diners on time and well taken care of. Our dinner server, Kayla, as well was very efficient and friendly. Beds were comfortable; appreciated tub/shower option; heating/cooling system in room was easy to operate and worked well. Easy connectivity to Wifi and working safe in room appreciated as well. Would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
