There was a lot of heavy rain one evening and there was a really bad smell from the drains in the bathroom.

Central location with good restaurants near by and the beach is a five minute walk away. The room was clean with a nice balcony. Pool area is great. Close to the shuttle bus for the water park and the airport. There’s a big supermarket that’s a ten minute walk away. Very chilled atmosphere.

I have the room on six floor and there was big ventilation tube.There wasn"t roof on the balcony and when was rain everything was wet..

The location of the hotel is very good. The receptionists are very nice and polite.Avoid

Doors not sound proof so quite noisy late at night and early in the morning.

Staff very friendly and very helpfull. Rooms older but clean and comfortabel. I would stay again if I needed to be in the area.

Some of the staff members were not really helpful. At the reception they said first that there were no towels for the swimming pool which was not true. The waiters at the Boulevard Restaurant were incredibly unprofessional, especially the guy with glasses, named Carlos. We had to wait really long until they attended us, they didn't bring plates, they didn't clean empty glasses and bottles, sometimes we literally had to beg for them to be attended. Also, the daily cleaning service of the rooms was really poor, they got the bed done, changed towels and emptied dustbins, that was all. :(

The location is excellent, best pool in the neighbourhood, I also liked the music and dancing in the evenings.

You can hear people walking through the hall while they talk and that didn’t help when trying to rest, a quiet policy must be put in place and reinforced

Lots of hairs everywhere due to poor cleaning, unclean blanket, no hot at one time, small leak in toilet and toilet seat was in poor position

The room really needs to be upgraded, the room is so small but there was basically any room to walk in the room that is not occupied by the bed. The beds are very uncomfortable and tacky and I definitely needed a massage to get through the trip.

They have a lovely swimming pool and lovely food options I thoroughly enjoyed these experiences.
