A few days before check-in, the host sends you an email with a detailed explanation and pictures of where the keys are, the wifi code, where to put the trash, ... Maybe it would be nice to get that in English as well since it was only in French, but it was still pretty straight forward. Great internet, which made it very easy to stream a show in the evening without any issues at all.”
