You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumMy feet were sticking out of the bed a little but to be honest, south of a line Paris-Vienna I am always longer than the bed (I'm a tall guy too, OK).
In most situations I wait outside the building until the owner comes with the keys; here the owner was waiting for us at the entrance of the parking, which I highly appreciate. Very friendly person. She gave us a perfect explanation of all the apartment and facilities plus some precious advice about touristic spots and traffic. The place was spotless, decorated and equiped. Perfect shower/toilet, spacious living room with kitchen. Long balcony with view over Monaco and some sea. Easy access to parking. Private parking spot allocated. It was a pleasure to come home and enjoy the place after much walking/tramping. Easy port of call for Monaco, Eze or Menton. Grocery literaly next door open 7/7, 0730-1930.

A wonderful apartment. It has everything you need and a wonderful terrace with a view of the MC. We were welcomed by the hostess, for which we thank her very much. There is a parking space for the car. Nice shop next to the property boundary. Thanks for everything and see you soon.

Austriareally nothing to complain about
we‘ve been travelling a lot but you will rarely find hosts like Beatrice and Georges. it starts with a warm welcome and an offer for support in every direction if needed. the apartment is perfect for a couple to explore the coastline from Menton to Nice, even Cannes. very quiet through the nights, 15 minutes walking to the railway station (EUR 6,50 to go to Nice in 45 minutes). nice terrace to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with a glas of wine. and as this important for many travellers - the wifi is stable and strong we know where to stay if we come back to Cote d‘Azur
