Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomRoom not serviced for two days and then simply bottom sheet replaced although I was in the room at the time. Small room for a superior double but limited by the age of the building. Needs some redecoration and a deep clean.
Lovely location close to a beautiful park and the RERB to central Paris. An old building with charm. Very friendly and helpful staff.

GermanyFurniture has been used for many years, but everything was in working form.
It was very convenient and important to have all cooking ware , including pots, cups, spoons etc. Room includes a little kitchen corner with all needed . We also enjoyed Easter chocolate surprise 😄. Thank you 👍. A good advantage was that we could see a top of Eiffel tower from our room. Pleasant personal and good location with access to public transport. Nice and wonderful bed with clean sheets. It worth visiting a hotel once again. Good luck!

Very nice, clean, high standard apartment room, with lovely view of Paris. Good location connections with Metro (direct to Paris Centre) and Train (direct to airport) both near by. Local shops also nearby. Nice area.

Czech Republicdouble bed is only 140 wide. We paid for the superior room we should have had 16-18m2 space, but in reality it was 3x4 m (12 m2). The hotel staff told us to our face that we had a big superior room. There was an alley between the bed and the entrance to the balcony 15 cm!!! Breakfast for 11euro was very poor. Very little space in the dining room. Staff very reluctant, poor communication.
The location was wery nice.

United KingdomProbably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The price is first and foremost for the location, but the level of cleanliness, staff/service and general stay was pretty bad. The carpet was stained with crusted mud and other stains. Nothing about the deco or design was nice. And the staff was almost completely absent except for when it was time to check out and collect the tax. Frankly it is a joke to send out an email after asking for a review because you 'continuously strive to improve the quality of the hotel'. It feels like an abandoned hotel that could have been so much more, with staff/owners that are only there to collect the money and do the bare minimum.
Location was great, very quiet and 5 minutes walk to the RER station.

SwitzerlandThey could not allow me to check out after 11. Every morning I received a knock on my door (i think to clean the room, which created some pressure) The elevator is extremely tiny, it doesn't fit a baby stroller. The lobby area is almost non existent. Maybe it is common in France but the main bathroom in the lobby was not clean. There will be no one
The room itself was okay and they let me keep the bags few hours after check out. They instantly answered at night when I called them next day. and they brought me my key even though it was outside of their working hours. because the first day I arrived at 8 evening so they sent me a qr code to open the doors, and the next day since when I tried to use the qr code in the evening i realized it was a one day only, so i called them and they brought me a key.

Cozy, small hotel that feels like home. Located in a quiet area just in front of parc Montsouris. The room had a comfy bed, a kitchenette and a balcony with a panoramic view. The staff was very friendly, they let me change the room last minute. Excellent experience overall, I definitely recommend this hotel!

United KingdomMinor niggles: Lift very small. Two entrance doors too close to each other and light switch in a recess as soon as you go in; did not see it straight away. A weird loud noise as the bath water drain out down the plughole?
The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and said I could put my bicycle into the courtyard for safe keeping. He offered to help me with my panniers. The hotel room was on the 3rd floor with access to it via a small lift. The room was a nice size. It had to my surprise a kettle, microwave, fridge, cooker, basic cooking utensils and plates, cutlery and even a spotty dustpan and brush! Both the bath and shower were fab. It was close to trams into Paris. 2 nearby restaurants but I'd say the one down the road was better. The key was by way of an e-card. Friendly and helpful staff.

HungaryThe bedroom is small, the pillows are bad, the edredom is too heavy. The breakfest is very simple but good, but I missed pastries or a good croissant. It is not confortable at all. I missed my own bed since the first day. The elevator is very small, not possible to be used by two persons and a single luggage. I used it only alone, when I was with my wife and I used the stairs because it is too small.
The hotel is very easy to access using public transportation or from Orly airport and it is not far from main touristic points (except the far ones like Disney or Versailles). The room is very small but it is the best structure possible in so small place. Really impressive. The mattress is good and they have a small kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and a Nespresso machine in the room. The hotel is at side of a good bistro and a beautful park.
