We had a standard room on 5th floor with no view of city. Shower was over the bath and would have preferred walk-in type.

We only had one breakfast at the hotel but there was a good choice. Hotel was good location, easy walking distance from station and to historic centre.

Location walkable from the Strasbourg train station and the room has good amount of storage nooks given its area. In addition, the bathroom has a separate section for both toilet and shower.

Our room was spacious but felt a bit worn and cheaply finished. We traveled in winter, and while the heater was set to a comfortable temperature during the day, it became stuffy at night. I kept waking up feeling too hot. The mattress was very soft, which wasn’t my preference.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all the sites and surrounded my many cafés and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered plenty of options from sweet to savoury. I also liked the casual design of breakfast area.

It was very warm in the room (already in mid-March) and there was no good way to cool it down (the ac system was off). We opened the t it took a while to cool the room down. On a smaller note: I ask the reception if it were possible to check-in before 3pm. The person has not even tried to look if the room was available and directly answered me : "not before 3pm". I expect a bit more effort/generosity in a 4* star hotel (especially when having booked several rooms...).

Nicely located in the city center, the hotel offers stylish furnished rooms at a fair rate. The breakfast was good, as well as the small coffee and water stations which were always open and for free.

Information to find the parking could have been better. Maybe with a picture, so that you know how the gate looks like. I had to do another round through the busy city with traffic jams, because I missed it and it is in a one way road.

i ordered a superior room,but was very,very,very small(if superior ist like this,how is the normal one? Breakfast is not varied. The dining space is very narrow.Does not offer the comfort of a 4* hotel.If was 2 or 3* was perfect place but not 4*.Sorry.

Not a huge deal but you could hear noises at night from other rooms. It was some sort of pipe noise . I think either when the other room use their bathroom it was making noise or it was sth else.. also I guess the walls are thin so when someone is outside, talking or closing the door you could hear it. in the end it wasn't a big deal.

The staff was super kind and helpful. The location was great. The room was comfortable and clean.

Nice hotel in a very good location for visiting Strasbourg. In few minutes your reach the most important destinations and also there are nice restaurants around. Breakfast was quite generous and with tasty options. Staff was always friendly. We also got a parking spot at the hotel, which was an important point for us.

A cute little hotel in an excellent location. I specially liked the fact that sustainability seems to be more than just a buzzword in this hotel - there's a bottle filling station to avoid using plastic bottles, no extra towels in the room, no unnecessary disposable products etc.

The hairdryer did not do much of anything at all. I have very long hair that takes more than overnight to dry by itself.

Reception and facilities were great! The room was warm and we enjoyed having the water carafes up in our room. The view was very nice as well.
