    “Absolutely fabulous location! Close to everything but on a quiet road. Perfect for travelling with dogs. They loved spending time in the garden and cooling down from the sun. It's so hard to find somewhere in central brighton to stay with dogs and be able to leave them so you can still enjoy your time. It really is a home away from home. Paul is a great attentive host who even allowed us early check in :D Nice and quiet, everything you could need. I will definitely be staying again!”

    “Breakfast should be offered until 10am not 9.30 am. We went at 9.15 and lady told us she’d switched everything off and it would therefore take a long time to fry an egg. Duvet was too small for the bed. Had to ask to have room cleaned. At the price charged not acceptable. Reception staff polite, helpful and efficient.”

    “Good stay mostly. But very disappointed that a better room on a higher floor had not already been reserved for us. We arrived at the time we informed the hotel but we were only given a basement room with the window facing onto a wall and only after a lot of discussing we got a room on the ground floor with window facing outside. We are loyal Booking.com customers , reserved and paid for the room in advance but we're not allocated one of the rooms on a higher floor.”
